Daredevil stretched out his senses getting a strong outline of the two thugs circling him. He quickly does a one handed front flip attempting to whack the first thug with his billy club while avoiding the second thug swinging the axe.

Not bad. Each is nearly perfect in his technique. Wolverine got four of 'em. Daredevil got three. But to Matt Murdock, this fight is not a contest--it's a necessity! At the start of the fight, Daredevil counted twenty.

"Damn it Logan!" Daredevil thinks as he stands behind Wolverine, using his furry as a shield when he picks up a thug sliding against the wall to get behind them.
Daredevil quickly launches his fighting stick directly at the thug in hopes for a quick knockout.

Two more thugs go down before Wolverine's keen animal senses notice that the sailors are casting off the mooring lines-- --that tub's getting ready to leave! Meanwhile, Daredevil's radar sense detects a man with an ax preparing to chop off Wolverine's head! [OOC: This story takes place before Daredevil knew Wolverine called himself Logan. However, for a No-Prize we can say that Wolverine shared this information between panels. Perhaps while they were walking to or from Josie's bar.]Daredevil's Health: 3/3

Daredevil swears underneath his breath. "Sorry friend" he says as Daredevil jumps into the air attempting to hit one of the goons with his stick and to flip out of the way of the other goon.

[FYI: I have a house rule that you continue to regenerate full Durability in Energy even after you are hurt. Health does matter for Wolverine who has a Healing Factor but for Daredevil he can regenerate 3 stones even though his current Health is 2.][I'll NPC Wolverine from here on. Fortunately, the hose is disconnected from both the tank and the ship. It burns, but it doesn't explode. Tarkington Brown is still alive...barely. Even from the water, Daredevil can hear that his breathing is ragged. His heartbeat's irregular...losing blood fast. Brown probably has only about ten minutes left. Like Wolverine, the Osama Maru, the ship with Bullseye aboard, is moving away. But Daredevil could catch it--grab a dangling cable and climb to the deck. It would be easy, then...find Bullseye and bring him back. Lock him in a cell where he could never harm anyone again. However, if Daredevil doesn't take Tarkington Brown to a hospital immediately, he will die. Daredevil's Health: 2/3
