I was thinking of a Mutie that could not just sense Mutants and their general direction, but their powers and power levels as well . . . would that be Concentration?

Hottie with the Black and Purple Hair? Fairly certain that's the Earth-10005 version of Psylocke. marvel.wikia.com/Elizabeth_Braddock_(Earth-10005)Yep. Marvel Wikia agrees with me. [small] Mind you I still HATE that movie. I was fine with the first two... Ugh.[/small]

Actually she was Callisto. In the comics she originally had enhanced senses and that's it. www.just-marvel-x-men.com/callisto-x-men.htmlHowever in the movie she was combined with Caliban (he can sense mutants) and Quicksilver (he is fast) and she has both eyes unlike the comic book among other 'subtle' differences.

Ahh. Good catch. I'd forgotten Callisto was even in that movie.
Psylocke's actress was hotter ;-)

I thought Callisto, but would Concentration be the Power?

X-Men Sourcebook, page 51.
SENSE MUTANTS Base Cost Level = MN +02 Levels
DESCRIPTION Sense the approximate distance and direction of all other mutants, or those with mutagenic powers at a range equal to MN.
COMMENTS This is relatively expensive, and it might make more sense to try to pick up a piece of equipment that will do what you need. But some will choose this power just for a sense of 'Situational Awareness'.
RULES FOR MODIFIER BOX *Modifier Number = Range

I'd say tack on a +2 CL to determine powers.
