Action Rules
Characters will have THREE (3) Actions. This includes Power Armor characters.

The first Action is the "Management" Action. It has very limited potential uses (and will probably often not be used at all). The Management Action can be used for the following;

Movement Actions ONLY when the stones being spent are for movement, and nothing else.

Leadership See my notes on the Leadership Action, below

Maintenance If you have an Action currently active that requires you to spend energy to maintain it after the first panel, you can use the Management Action to do so.

The other two actions are governed by the traditional rules. Powered Armor characters need not spend an Action to "activate" a weapon separate from the Action they use to actually "fire" it.

Let me see if I can clarify.

In the normal rules you can have (up to) 2 Actions per panel. So you might put stones into, say Close Combat for one Action, and Leadership for the other.

With my rules, you get an additional Action each panel, with more limited uses. You can use it to pay for upkeep on an upkeep based Action (anything that costs 1 red/panel, etc), or to use a movement action (so long as its only for movement), or Leadership.

TBH, I've been using these rules for quite a while, and I don't think anyone has ever used the extra action.

I get it... I thought this meant you got three actions on your CAD. So the first two actions can be standard... the third can be used for any of the above. I like it...

I really REALLY wanted to put that mohawk down as a challenge.. and if for some reason I need to come up with more stones, I just might yet ;-)

Rough Draft V.1 is in your box for review boss. It was a LOT tougher trying to get Kallark into 80+10 stones than I thought it would be. I think he's still a fair cry short (given that it's doubtful he could punch a sun hard enough to cause it to supernova... but hey, myths and legends are born from exaggeration!)

Also remember that, just in general, 313 is a much less powerful universe than the standard Marvel

Honestly? I don't see how playing characters THAT powerful could qualify as fun.
