Ok, love him or hate him (and I love the big jingoistic bastard), you gotta give props to Ultimate Captain America. I mean, really, he kicked Hulk in the frilojes and gave the monster a moment of pause.
This version of Steve Rogers appears to be much stronger, agile, and durable than his Earth 616 counterpart. Ult. Cap does such fantastic things as doing air drops of 600 feet without a parachute, toss about massive tree trunks, and uprooting granite headstones and chucking them at assailants. Did I mention he kicked Grey Hulk in the baby maker?
Also, for those that don't follow the Ultimates, Ultimate Cap is somewhat more practical and lethal than E-616 Cap. If you hit your wife, Ult. Cap is going to hunt you down and put you in traction. If you're a maybe-crazy Norse god wannabe he's gonna shoot you with a flamethrower.

Statistician Notes:
Except for maybe one or two cameo appearances, I own every single comic that has an appearance of Ultimate Captain America. So, a lot of this CAD is based on my geek-boy knowledge...I haven't included anything I didn't seem him do in a comic. Also, with recent release of Official Handbook for the Ultimates/Ultimate X-Men I did have some 'hard facts' to go by.
A few points that I want all you other big-brains to help me consider:
- there really isn't much to-do in the Ultimates concerning the nature of Cap's shield. All we know is that Giant Man and Wasp created if for him, but there is no mention of an adamantium/vibranium alloy. It is bulletproof, if can be thrown and returns to Cap, and it perfoms quite well at bisecting Skrull super-Nazis. The shield could very well be the same as the Earth 616 shield, or there could a room full of things for when Cap shatters it over a super-terrorist's head.
- Even though he does have a higher Agility than the mainstream Cap, I want to give Ult. Cap a higher Acrobatics, too. The man jumps out of helicopters cripe's sake. But, I don't want to go too far with it.
- Also, I think his Toughness and Reflexive Dodge should be higher than 616's Cap. Certainly, Ult. Cap isn't invulnerable to harm. He gets the tar kicked out of him on several occasions, but he doesn't go down. I wouldn't go much higher than a Toughness of 2 and/or a Reflexive Dodge of like 4 or 5. I might be wrong, but it's just something I feel in my gut.
- The Invulnerability to Toxins/Poisons is justified from when the Reserves pumped like a pint of powerful tranquilizer into him (Cap was bristling with darts) and he still was still flipping around and chucking headstones at them.
