I was all set to get to work on Nitro G, when I realized I'm not sure how to do it. He has listed that his power is fueled by adrenaline - meaning, he has no real power until his adrenaline kicks in, and (unlike the Hulk), he will eventually tire and lose his powers.
What I WANT to do is to give him a transformation triggered by adrenaline (akin to the Hulk), and let him last for a number of time increments (panels? go by the D&R Chart? something else?) at full power before he starts to fade, losing a point in each enhansed ability until he's back to his normal self (and requires rest before he can do it again).
I THINK I can do that with regular transformation - self, and just set up the disadvantage (that it fades slowly after a given time increment), but I'm REALLY not sure what time increment to use. I don't like using an amount of panels equal to his Durability, as that's WAY too little time for adrenaline to wear off, but if I use the D&R Chart, give him a Durability of 5, and he's lasting for a full 24 hours before losing points. So should I set an arbitrary "10 panels," or is there another method you guys would recommend?

Hero Name: Nitro G Official Profile: www.scifi.com/superhero/heroes/nitrog/STATS Intelligence: 2 Strength: 2/8* Agility: 2 Speed: 2/8* Durability: 2/6* Health: 2/6* Energy: 6/18* ACTIONS Close Combat: 2 - Strength AND Speed Bonuses Social Skills: 1 General Knowledge: 2 Flight: 6* Energy Absorption/Reflection: 2* MODIFIERS Transform Self - linked to Adrenaline (changes into hero form whenever he gets emotionally charged - not just angry - only lasts for 10 panels, then immediately looses half his "bonus," and continues to lose a point in each heroic ability until he is back to his normal form - must rest before being able to get another adrenaline charge) CHALLENGES Psychological: "the impulsiveness of youth" (-2w)[-i]
If I was designing this character, I would've dropped the Energy Absorption/Reflection (and probably Flight), but it listed them in his official profile, so I left them in. This is my first attempt at creating a character with Transform Self, so hopefully I did it right. Any action that he could use in both forms, I only bought once (is that right?), though I bought all abilities for both forms (even though only three of them were affected). I also applied Transform Self's disadvantage cost reduction to each of the abilities affected. I THINK I did all that correctly, but if I didn't, let me know!

Nitro G's power on the scifi site says that he can manipulate energy, so wouldn't a mastery be more appropriate?
Also, when buying Transform self, you have to pay for every power in both forms. But I wouldn't worry about sticking to a stone limit too much. If you go a little bit over, it won't be a big deal.
P.S. This whole thread is awesome. Way to go.
