"Well, I think you may be in luck," Mrs. Winslow tells Katie. "Mrs. Benjamin, this is Kate Dwyer, our local babysitting magnate.""Hi, Mrs. Benjamin," Kate says. A broad smile crossed Sue's face. Part of her wanted to squeal with delight. There was something very comforting about Kate, perhaps the girl reminded Sue of herself in younger years, towing around her brother Johnny, striking out at every opportunity. "Hello, Kate! As a matter of fact, I do have a little boy!" Sue beamed broadly, as she tilted her head. She watched as Kate interacted with the child she had by the hand, and how the child responded to Kate. "I suppose you do quite a bit of sitting a neighborhood like this?"
Sue knew how she herself had the tendency to bite off more than she could chew. She wondered if Kate was similar in that way.

After having announcing his classic line, "It's Clobberin' time!", Thing had smashed Tyros with a half taxi cab.
Now that his enemy had been knocked to the ground, Thing advanced with one sure purpose -- to put down Tyros before he could hurt anybody else. "Say goodnite Gracie!", and with that Thing unleashed a massive haymacker with the full power of his incredible strength and bulk behind it.

Invisible GirlAn hour or so later, all the complex little real estate wheels have been set to turning. In a few days the family "Benjamin" will be homeowners. What an experience this has been! Sue sighed with relief when she saw her Fantasticar segment. She was always a bit nervous when it came to heroics, or technology, or the super things that inhabited her life. To others, she may seem like the ideal superheroine, but in her mind and heart, she was never quite confident in her abilities, in her experience. She certainly did well when she had Reed, Johnny and Ben, but she feared what would happen if she had to face a foe on her own! Her bouts away from the group rarely turned out well...
She climbed into the Fantasticar, with the help of an invisible stairstep.

Susan feels a bit of a chill, her uniform, and Reed's ingenious engineering, generally keeps her insulated from the wind, but there was a dark overcast above her. She began to turn up the temperature, noting how she had turned it off earlier, it had been such a perfect and beautiful day. She looked above her and caught a glimpse of a large and powerful ship, much bigger than her simple fantasticar section, and assuredly more dangerous. "Oh, my! An alien vessel!"
Acting from instinct she quickly began to maneuver away from the ship. She hoped that it wasn't after her specifically.

Sue tenses up and settles into her battle ready mode. "I wish that one of the boys were here!" She's not sure how to act, usually, she's supporting her teammates. Now it's just her. How would she handle this strange threat? Was it a threat at all. "Alright Sue Storm, you are a member of the Fantastic Four. She took a deep breath, as she looked around, tapping the distress signal on her Fantasticar section, hoping it worked... Be ready for anything... Where was she? She looked around the ship, trying to catch a glimpse of something familiar, perhaps they've fought these aliens before, or something that might represent controls.

Ben realized right away that there were too many civilians in the area. He needed to fight Tyros in a less crowded area. "You want me? You gotta get me first, bub!" Thing ran for it looking for a more deserted area to continue the fight.

Invisible GirlThe Invisible Girl recognizes this style of technology. Only one man could have built this ship! Doctor Doom!"Excellent, Susan. "Dr. Doom!" Sue exclaimed, almost instinctively putting up her forcefield. "I should have known this was your doing! What are you after this time? It won't work, you know. My husband will find me, and then you'll be sorry." Sue blustered. She was scared. She wouldn't dare think about taking on Dr. Doom alone, but what could she do? Did he intend to keep her prisoner? Use her as bait? Sue tried to come up with some strategy or theory, but for some reason, all Sue could focus on was the lasagna. It would almost certainly burn if she didn't get back home.
