I am trying to design Light (Visible and Lasers) for a Mastery and I am thinking, wih advice, to have a fireworks option when the "PC" isn't blinding or damaging with effects to allow her to re-absorb stones if she deisres . . . like if she is just glowing in a dark room or shining "light bulbs" to scare off punks, ala "Jubilee' in the core book. Does a simple (+1 CL) make sense?
