Nightcrawler and Amanda teleport Amanda approximately 10' from Blob, which is unfortunately still within Close Combat range of the evil mutant! Due to Blob's enormous size, Storm and Wolverine's spot him from the sky, as they approach overhead. Nightcrawler's Health: 3/3

Amanda was free, but now Kurt got himself in her predicament. The Blob may be more agile than he looks, but Nightcrawler is pretty nimble himself. He tries to take advantage of this and tries to wriggle his way out of the Blob's grip (hopefully distracted by Wolverine and Storm as well,) and, when his moment arrives, he can BAMF to safety.

Storm could see Blob down at the ground level, even from high up. She flew down to the ground, to drop off Wolverine. While dropping him on top of the Blob was an entertaining thought, she didn't think Wolverine would appreciate being an adamantium missle. She then turned to face the Blob, but she also scanned the area, to see if any of the others were around.

Nightcrawler teleports to what he hopes is the relative safety of the roof of the New York State Theater. Unfortunately, Avalanche is waiting for him. ...and strike with the irresistible fury of a mountain of snow. Nightcrawler is forced off the 6 story high roof of the New York State Theater!

Nightcrawler, a trained acrobat, is used to to many heights. He angles his body and begins to prepare for his descent. He is glad to see the arrival of Storm and Wolverine to the scene, though! Three on three is much better odds...

Kurt fell on his back with his head facing up right toward the roof that Pyro and Destiny are standing on. If Blob can hear them from the ground, I don't see why Nightcrawler's pointy ears can't pick up the jist of their conversation as well. |

Storm saw the danger, and thought quickly. She wasn't sure she had enough time to just dodge it, instead, she kicked up the wind, to try to drive it off track and protect the both of them.

"You done messed with the wrong animal, bub," Wolverine said as he leaped at Blob, claws extended. "It's Adamantium tastin' time, fat boy!"

Storm looked at Blob and Wolverine. Strong as Blob was, she figured Wolverine would be fine. So she followed Nightcrawler up to the other two.
