I like the idea of using your white stones for energy, but it's hard to imagine it ever working well without built-in ways to combat the normal effects of losing a white stone OR a conversion rate better than 1:3.
At the very least you should eliminate the condition that you have to have no energy to begin with, because chances are if you have no energy you can't afford to burn white stones.
I do something similar on some of my CADs with overstrain. Overstrain as written is stupid IMO, so I just don't use the version presented. Instead I often use a version where you take damage equal the the stones above you AN that you use. It ends up working similarly to what you have here, only since you're overstraining you can exceed normal limits. Instead of 1 week per stone over your limit you just take damage. I've also just done "you can't use it for as many panels as stones above ur limit" or something similar and it just seems to make more sense. Turning off a power for weeks just falls apart when you want it to work in an actual campaign.

Close CombatUltra Combo AN+1 Each time you successful hit your opponent you gain +1 stone of DMG maxing at AN (resets when out of combat to GM desecration) E.g (Boxer 1 and boxer 2 are fighting both have the CC of 5 but boxer 1 has ulta so buy the end of 3 panels boxer 1 is getting +3 on any of his attacks allowing him to K.O boxer 2 buy panel 5 with his Left hook getting a devastating +5) Growth: Semi Growth +1Works like growth but u only grow 10 feet a lvl not 20. Muscle Growth +2 works like growth but u don't grow at all instead you get bigger Muscles, Instead of +1 dur a lvl u get +1 Toughness Fear: Can Cause Damage +2 Fear will do Dmg as well as absorb Fear Itself +3 u don't have to pic a action they will just fear automatically. Advantages : Multi-use Cost: +4-5 (gm description) Allows u to use the MAX AN of 1 action multiple times e.g i have mastery of Fire of 4 and i want to shoot my force blast and make a barrier I can now do both by splitting stones and up to a max of 4 each. LifeForse +1AN? or 1w stone fix cost. Take 1w health away to gain you AN worth of power in stones. All stones from the AN can only be uses in the power or related power only all extra stones are lost at end of page (never found a way to make this work still like it but it is not cost effective) Death Factor -3 to cost Works like power out of control but you will take DMG over time or per panel(work it out with gm) for using this power. E.G Dragon-Boy Has been trapped by the Puzzler and cannot find a way out. He decides in this desperate time he will have to use his transform self to become his full "Dragon" form (as he is in a half way form atm) he knows the longer he is in his full dragon from the harder it is to turn back human again.(in this case meaning he will take 1w of Dmg for each "page" he is in "dragon" form if he is in dragon from beyond his human form hp then he risk killing himself transform back potently leaving him trapped in dragon from) Dragon-Boy transforms to his dragon from (taking both his action this panel) next panel he puts his 8 stones worth of force blast to blow the wall away, and fly out to freedom. taking the hole page to fly to safety to a nearby roof, where he then turns back human taking 1w stone of dmg. Pain is Power. -2 to cost Receive -sit mods for each red stone over half AN you put into power.(you can ignore this Disadvantage with proper gear Kinda like power out of control) E.G Fire-fly want to use mastery of fire to shoot a force blast of 7(max AN of 8 making this 3r over half AN) at Ice-Mom. Fire-fly has pain is power (In this case meaning she would normal receive harsh burns to her hands from the fire being so close to them, receiving -sit mods on her Hands until they are healed) But she has her fire proof gloves on today and receives no burns this time.

Life Force (advantage)
Life Force (Cost +2) (+2 is the default of 3w I would think add a +1 to cost for every +2 over 3w they have) The character adds stones from the general pool up to her current white stones to the action, without exceeding the AN of said action.

Lets try this:
Life Force (Cost = Durability + X) The character can add stones from the general pool up to her current white stones to a particular action, without exceeding the AN of said action. +X white stones to the cost for every additional action beyond the first that can benefit from this modifier.
- - -
Didn't price anything because I suck at that, but the cost should depend of the health since it benefits from it.
