I did not like any of the 30w stone powers as they where felt they where to restricting to players who only wanted a peace of them and not have only "steal super power" or "multiply" so ben editing them to still be 30w if u get them the same as the book but be cheper if you take them a different way.
Steal Superpower Cost: +6 to an
Advanteges:
Death coma = purmenet power +1
Duration 1r/4panels +1
dur 1r/6 panels +2
Duration = AN +4
Get all action/mods/abilitys at a time +3
Get +2 to drain +1
Leav them unconses if you drain all there energy +3
Maintain with 1r/panel +2
Only need 1 r of dran to get full AN +3
Unlimeted Powers to steal +5
Disadvanteges:
Can only steal abilitys -2
only steal mod -2
only steal actions -2
Can only steal form 1 person at a time -1
Can not edit body (e.g grow wings for flight grow claws change skin ect) -2
Duration alway 2(10 panels) -4
Gain there cosensess -2
get -2 to an a drain -1
NO POWER THEFT(they will still have there power at the same time as u do) -1
1 stone of draned energy =1sec in the panel
k so how it works is kinda like drain energy. where they put stones into the AN and "tuch" You draning there energy and geting there powers.
each stone drained does not go to your energy researve but to durration. Durration being 1stone/2panel.
You could in theary "draine" people to death this way.
The max amount of abiltys/mod/actions u can steal is = to your AN.
also can only "steal" 1 ability/action/mod per Drain normaly.
so fist panel u Steal forceblast form cyclops second panel while still tuching cyclops u draine his leader ship.
U have to Dran = to there AN/Mod/Abilty to get it to that lvl. E.g
u put 4 into steal super power to grab cyclops, he dos not see this coming so u get him taking 4 energy worth of his Optic-Blast. so u now how lvl 4 optice blast. for 8 pannels unelss u keeep draning.
If u start Draning there HP then they will be unconses for 3x the # r HP drained. so if they have hp of 3 and no energy and i drain 4r they will be at 1w 2r hp and will be unconses for 12 pannels.
Duplicate Self cost: AN+1
Advanteges:
Consume Dupes +3(you can get back 1w and 3r pur dup you re absorb)
Dupes Can make dupes +5( normaly they can but only up to you max AN with this they can dup up to there max AN as wll Making prity mun unlimeted but still some wekenss as apoed to tru unlimted)
Dupes dont hurt +3(you take no dmg from dead dupes)
High limit 3x AN +4
Limit 2x AN +3
Hive mind +2 (you know wut your dups know after they die if you dont have dupes dont do dmg this can do menteal feedback)
Kinectic energy dupe +5 get dupes = to the phisical dmg you wold take so 3dmg = 3 dupes
Low energy dupes +3 1r=1 dupe
fast dupe +2 1r- 1w for dupe dur
Transfer conses +3 if you die you mind is swaped to a dupe
Unlimeted +5

i made dupe now a action how i cangd it is you can only have the max dupes up to your AN and sotned for dupes = dur so 3r will make 1dupe with 1 duribity. altho your dupes can make dupes it still only up to your max AN so if you hac the AN of 6 and u put in 6 stones to make 1 dupe of 2 dur next panel boath of u can amke 1 dupe of 2 dur and so on untill you hit 6 dupes(unless you have a dupe altering rule like x3 or unlimeted) Kentetic dupes is auto and does not need you to put in energy but you still need to take kinteck dmg to make the dupes like a punch. The max dur of a dupe is your own dur so you hav ethe dur of 6 then the dupe can only have the dur up to 6.
I changes this to follow mimcks origonal power for 30w not wut is in the book mimic started with only 5 abiltys and only half the AN
Copy action/mod/ability cost: AN +10(could eslay be droped to 5 did this to keep it from being in every hero) this comes with a AUTO range of 4
Advanteges:
Can inprove copu action with LOE +2( u need to get the lock in for this to apply)
Can mix copy action (gm descrestion) +1 e.g u have forceblast of ice and fire and want to shoot steam ect.
Copy AN/MOD/AB at +2 the max they have (still cant go over 10 even if they do) +3
keep actions/mods/ability as long as u want +5(lock in)
Others cant copy you +1
Take there strongest action/mod/abilty +1 (rhis will auto give you a strger Action then 1 you have)
you can copy other copyers actions/mods/abilty +1
Unlimeted copy mods/actions/abiltys +10 (no limet)
Disadvanteges:
-2 to AN -1 (cant go to 0)
Can only copy from 1 thing -3 (gm if more depend how raire e.g robots mutants ect)
Can only copy wut u know -1 (must see power to be able to get it)
Can only copy to half AN round up -2 (0 is les tit can go)
Can only copy half round down -3 (0 is lowest it can go)
Can only copy actions or mods or abilitsy -3 (choose one)
So how i canged it is you can only copy the max up to you AN so if you hav the AN of 10 u can copy up to a toal of 10 different action/mods/abiltsy at 4 you can only copy 4 ect.
plz any help on if i did good for keeping them tru or just destroyed them.
