why not add General Knowledge on the Supernatural and Vampire traits?
My wife is a huge Buffy fan, so I've had to sit through a couple box sets and reruns. Bottom line, Buffy is dumb. She would have to get her General Knowledge from Giles or Willow. I would even drop her intelligence to 2 (Normal Human).

She definately would not be Mutagenic. "Enchantment/Magic/Sorcery" perhaps, considering she's been empowered by an outside force, with a mix of "Human - Training" thrown in for good measure. She's the Chose One, not the Recessive Gened One, imo

Eh, I’m not sure she should have leadership. I know that Slayer lore says they’re supposed to be natural leaders and all that but I’m thinking it must have skipped Buffy. Giles, Willow, and Xander all struck me as much better leaders than Buffy. Even toward the end of the series when they were trying to play up the leadership angle she just came off as bitchy and tactless. Her inability to be objective about the potential threat Spike represented and the growing pile of dead “slayerettes” don’t really speak volumes for her competence either. If anything the Buffy from the last couple seasons should come with some kind of challenge where her teammates have to constantly spend stones or social skills, psychology, and the like just to keep her from doing something stupid and getting everyone killed. And that’s just one of the reasons I like to pretend BtVS ended with Season 5 PS: Since Slayers are just magically enhanced human females then wouldn’t Buffy’s species still be “human” just like Absorbing Man and Doctor Strange?

How many stones did it cost to build Buffy?

I personally like Zehnwater's version of Buffy. It may not be as comprehensive as some of the other examples in here, but it's a playable character that includes and stays true to all of the most important elements of the series. Also, It seems like it would fall into a less abstract power level than the others (meaning you wouldn't have to spend a couple of hundred stones just to make it). Just my perspective, but I'm new so you can take it or leave it.

Okay, it's late and I'm about to go to bed but your got a couple of things flat our wrong. Buffy would have a much higher Intelligence than 2. She got accepted into allot of colleges, but she decided to go you the one in Sunnydale because of the Hellmouth. If I'm not mistaken she got accepted into Sanford. I have the origional Buffy the Vampire Slayer Roleplay books, and by the strength charts her Strength would not go above 4. Most of her abilities or Actions wouldn't. Though, she would defiantly have a Durability of 4. You also left out Precognition, trust me when I say the Buffy game is allot different from the MURPG. I've been wanting to run a Buffy game for a long time, but I wanna use the d10 system. It's just a better system for this sort of thing.
Also, the Occult would probably just fall under a General Knowledge specialty
