I'm interested in creating an A.I. antagonist for a science fiction game I have planned, unfortunately I'm not too sure how to build it. I mean the obvious idea is to use robot rules, but the main problem I have is the abilities; since the only real ability it would have is Intelligence and I'm wondering if anyone has ideas how I should do this.

I think there's a Technology/Transference ability to pick up for sure. Telepathy (targeted at Machines, so... Cyberpathy perhaps?). It really depends how high the level of technology is for what else you may feel inclined to give it

- So this character is a supergenius. As a robot, it's AI allows it to take up to 7 actions per turn. Why does it have an AGI? Simply so it can react faster to the situation. Give it a small but mobile body that allows it to fly around. The extra actions per turn usually doesn't matter UNLESS it is using those actions to command minions. In this case it could dedicate 5 actions to command up to 5 minions and still carry out 2 actions of its own.
- With its invention and technology action, this character can build as many minions as its little robotic heart desires. These low level minions act as cannon fodder and can be equipped with weapons and targeting systems to put a hurt on the PCs. It also has vehicle ops in case you decide to build it a tank or plane or spaceship for it to drive or fly.
- The Mastermind action is basically - transform self unlimited. Mind over matter! It can modify itself in anyway up to 15 stones to suit the occasion. Powerful!
Just a suggestion. Have fun tweaking it or whatever!

Don't give it the other abilities, then. Hell, don't even build a sheet beyond the essentials (so just AI for interface/hacking purposes). Everything else you can just decide if it's relevant when it comes up.
