Sounds good. Thanks bashman! My daughter just turned 6 today, so she's not yet at the 3rd grade level, but BASH does look easier for a child to comprehend than some of the other systems out there. I'm willing to give it a try.

Oh ya, over there at BASH! they are doing something called a Comic Character Cavalcade which allows the public to buy a slot and then build and submit a character that will be used in an official product. If anyone is interested, here is the link; www.bashrpg.com/CavalcadeInfo.html

Though I still need to read the PDF (and get off my ass and hardback bind it having printed it) if a game runs on here I'd like to express my interest in joining in too

I did order the Ultimate Edition. I'll dream up an adventure for the two of you.

Sounds amazing! I cannot wait. I have been trying to dream up an adventure myself to try to run it with a few buddies of mine. I have not been able to think of anything as of yet.

Do you want to play in the Marvel Universe with Marvel Characters, the DC Universe with DC Characters or an original universe with original characters?

Whatever suits. I've always preferred making my own characters and putting a personal stamp on things, but if you fancy a one off adventure with a defined end to get the hang of the game and the mechanics, an existing character/writeup might be the quickest way to get things moving.
Might be fun to do a DC/Marvel crossover. Batman/Captain America, Sub Mariner/Aquaman etc...?

I would have to say either Marvel or person. Or a mix of the two.

I think I'm going to do a Golden Age Liberty Legion game using BASH! Ultimate Edition.

Reminds me of the Liberty Legion game I ran on here years ago. I didn't know there was a Liberty Legion out there, but I suppose I should've guessed that one of the big two would've thought of it first. Was the LL DC or Marvel?
