Alright guys, the last problem I had was fixed via these boards (and I want to thank everyone once again for their assistence), so I'm hoping you can help me with this one.
One of the members of my play group wants to build a Telekinetic character with an accelerated healing factor, a character he is referring to as the "thinking man's Wolverine". The problem is that he uses the Special Intelligence Rule, so we run into the question of how much energy he can regenerate per panel.
My current ruling as the GM is that he only will regenerate the health from his healing factor and he will have to rely on the Energy that he receives from Int., but I was wondering if any of you have had to address this problem? My ruling comes from the section in the book where it says energy may come from Dur or Int, but not both.
Thanks for your help! (Again)

Give him a -1 discount on the healing factor. It's only fair to do so. Basically, you can't do that much about it.

I would say he wouldent get anything from the healing factor (besides the life). Healing factor as i see it, is no matter how you twist it, meant for physical endurance... So you could give him a -1, but he wont (in my game) get the extra energy...

That's what I think too, and the -1 is a good idea. Thanks to both of you!
