Forgive me if a thread on this already exists. I searched for some information on this, but havne't found anything. Here is my question. Can a Powered Armor suit get any extra stones for Challenges?
Although I really don't have a strong opinion either way, it makes sense to me a that a Powered Armor suit might have certain weaknesses. I don't have a book handy at the moment, but I don't remember them saying anything either way. By the way, this is for my program. Thanks!

Well, i would say with all the discounts PA's have, they dont need challenges...

On one hand, I agree that PA gets plenty discounts already. However, I can certainly envision a PA with special vulnerabilities. For example, a homemade (or unfinished) armor suit that isn't waterproofed. Another that I thought of was a suit that automatically shuts down if for any reason its energy reserve is reduced to zero.
Potential PA challenges seem limited to various Special Vulnerabilities, unless a GM would allow PA to qualify for Non-human appearance or something. I suppose technically a suit with artificial emotion could also somehow have it's own 'Psychological' challenges such as depression or insanity, but I'd rather not get into that.

Equipment-based characters are tied to that equipment in MURPG. Just as you get free stones from wealth for PA I can see you having challenges for it. There are no specific challenges in existence that I know of however, and any such challenges would be considered to belong to the character not the suit as well as giving lesser amounts of stones because they can be removed with the suit. I hope this helps, I don't think you'll have a need to adjust your program for it though.
