Ok, this is fairly lame to create a whole thread, but...
The AtM rule says to add +3 to the cost of the action to have it act as a modifier. Now (this is the lame part), I simply want to know if the Action, now acting as a modifier, still takes up an Action Box, or if it's now listed in your modifier area. The books didn't say (at least, I never saw the answer in them).

The book doesn't say, so there's really no way to get an "official" answer, but I would say that if you or your GM is sucker enough to allow this option, it turns the Action into a Modifier in every sense, which means that it is listed under Modifiers and inherently cannot be improved with LOE
