Okay, maybe the answer to this question is obvious and maybe it has already been asked, but I didnt see it anywhere. Is it possable to kill someone with this power. For example turning people into fish so thst they cant breathe. turning them into fine china and dropping them off a cliff?
I had this crazy idea for a sick and twisted villian called Cereal Killer who uses Stretching with Transform other by touch. He turns them into cereal then eats them. I nkow pretty sick, and maybe not avery good Marvel type character, but still the rules are pretty vague about what actually happens when you get transformed.

The GM shouldn't allow anything that guarantees death with just the touch, the power is supposed to wear off in an hour with the victim feeling OK. Keep in mind that you can still kill the person who is transformed, you're just not allowed to do it with the transformation itself, at least not without some hefty advantages paid for.
So, you can't turn them into a fish unless they're allowed to breath. You CAN turn them into fine china and drop them off a cliff, because the kill and and the transformation are seperate. The stone statues used in the example in the book can be obliterated, but if they're not obliterated they'll be humans again in an hour. I hope this is understandable.
P.S. You could just drop them on the ground, it only takes a 4 foot fall or so to break china. Don't go searching for a cliff.

So basically, yes this character would work. It's just that turning them into cereal itself won't kill them. And (were I GMing) I'd allow them to be turned into fish, since the act itself doesn't kill them, this would be a great place to use the rules for drowning/suffocation.
As for the cereal killer, does he just transform them into the cereal itself or are the bowl and spoon included?

Just turns them into a box of Froot Loops. He has an hour get htem back to his pad and enjoy them at his leisure. I don't think I'l lever actually make the character, it was just something that popped inot my head when I was thinking about soem cool touch powers combined with stretching.

Keep in mind they still transform back in an hour, whether they're dead or not. So he'll probably explode his stomach.

He has stretching so that doesn't matter. 200' per AN. It would take a lot of people to explode that stomach.
