Centered anywhere on that line, Kisame can create a 1 mile area of water at least a couple of yards deep, allowing him to fight his foes on his terms... and to summon sharks even away from an actual body of water.

-FX: Kisame is the self-procclaimed "best of the Akatsuki at bringing targets back alive", taking them 'only' on the brink of death, but without finishing them off. Despite their grievous wounds, Kisame brings'em back breathing, as promised.

-Added to Ninja (Water Blasts) or Ninjutsu (Water); acts as a +5 modifier; must be used in conjunction with Chakra.
-FX: Kisame infuses his water jutsus with some more of his incredible chakra reserves, powering it up beyond its normal limits. He then unleashes much more powerful Water Release techniques, overpowering his foes.

-FX: Again thanks to his immense reserves of Chakra, Kisame is able to summon lots of sharks, both many at once and bigger ones. When he really wants to bring about some friends to play, Kisame uses this technique.

-FX: Kisame is a former Ninja Swordsman of the Mist, and his skill and bond with Samehada is nearly unequaled. Drawing upon the power of that bond, Kisame unleashes a series of powerful strikes, leaving his opponents either awed or terrified by his might.
-Gained at Chakra AN 6. - Special Tech 6: "Water Prison Shark Dance Technique"
-Added to Ninjutsu (Water); Acts as a +8 modifier, which can be used for the volume of water (Area), the Duration or any other water control effect (for example, easing his partner Itachi's movements within the water sphere, or providing Itachi an air "bubble" to breathe in) within the sphere, read below; must first use "Exploding Water Colliding Wave" to gather enough water for the technique, or be next to a large body of water. Must also either be fused with Samehada, or fuse immediately with it the panel after.
-FX: One of Kisame's ultimate techniques. He first gathers a large amount of water, which he then forms into a large sphere, centered on himself (and moving as he does). Fusing with Samehada allows him to breathe in water, as well as greater movement, while his opponents will find their movement reduced and will start to drown as water fills their lungs once they run out of air.

-Added to Samehada's Improved Energy Drain; acts as a +8 modifier, for a total of 16, also allows Kisame to retain the whole amount of Energy stolen.
-FX: As one of the most skilled wielders of Samehada ever, Kisame is able to use his own energy and power to boost the sword's Chakra-stealing abilities, and also to retain the whole amount of stolen Chakra for himself. The sword doesn't like it, though, and it might let kisame know through various means.

CHALLENGES
-Psychological (-3; thirst for battle. Kisame loves to fight, especially against strong opponents. That being said, he'd like to fight just about anyone.)
-Psychological (-1; arrogant. Kisame has a very high self-esteem, priding himself on his strength, endurance and physical prowess. He is still able to recognize when someone is stronger, but he knows very well few people can match his might, and isn't shy about that fact.)
-Psychological (-2; severe cruelty. Kisame has no problem with maiming, crippling and mutilating his opponents. He revels in shedding blood and butchering his foes.)

EQUIPMENT
-Akatsuki Robes (+2 defense; a black shirt, with blue pants, and Kirigakure undershirt underneath. He wears the standard Akatsuki robes over it, along with an Akatsuki hat, and wooden sandals.)
-Samehada (+4 weapon when wrapped in bandages, +5, 2x damage when the bandages are removed; Samehada is a sentient, living weapon which feeds on the chakra of its wielder and that of the enemies it strikes. If they deal damage, each of his strikes also act like an AN 8 Improved Energy Drain, only giving half of what it steals back to the wielder [and devouring the rest]. Samehada grants a +2 bonus to Sense Chakra when held, and is essentially indestructible. The sword has only one chosen wielder at once, and if someone else tries to pick it up, it will grow wicked spikes on its handle to force the wannabe wielder to let go. Kisame is able to fuse with Samehada; doing so comes with a few benefits, namely granting him +1 to Strength, +2 to Swimming (also adding Efficient), Fangs/Claws MN 2 (2x damage), +1 to Toughness, the ability to Breathe Underwater, while still keeping the bonus to Sense Chakra and the ability to drain Energy with each successful attack. The only downside being that during that time, Kisame does not have access to the sword itself, and he temporarily looks much more shark-like. NOTE: Owning the sword reduces its user chakra's AN by 1 due to it constantly draining part of it.)
