Challenges
Nonhuman Appearance {Ralph is enormous. That is all.}
Disliked and Shunned by Peers {The Nicelanders used to truly hate Ralph, but now it's just in-character. This would only be a hindrance in very specific situations.}
Compulsion to Stick Up for the Underdog {As Vanellope and the cast of Q*bert would attest to, Ralph has a heart of gold despite his job as a villain. He'll risk his life for those less fortunate.}
Guilty Conscience {He can't bring himself to do something truly evil and not feel like a poo afterwards. He's that much of a nice person.}
Psychological: Temper {He has a tendency to lash out at something or someone whenever he's upset.}
Refusal to Take a Life {Unless he's in-character trying to deplete Fix-It Felix, Jr.'s lives, Ralph isn't confortable with killing a living being. Sure, he'll beat the filling out of somebody, but he'll never take his/her life.}

Biography
Ralph is a heavy-handed wrecking riot with a heart. For 30 years—day in, day out—he's been doing his job as "The Bad Guy" in the arcade game Fix-It Felix, Jr. But it's getting harder and harder to love his job when no one seems to like him for doing it. Suffering from a classic case of Bad-Guy fatigue and hungry for a little wreck-ognition, Ralph embarked on a wild adventure across an incredible arcade-game universe to prove that just because he's a Bad Guy, it doesn't mean he's a bad guy.
