The President of the United States, Gang Leader of the 3rd Street Saints

Real Name: Unrevealed. Kinzie Kensington knows it, but the Boss never allowed her to tell of it, and she herself refuses to talk about it. (Int.bonus)
-Efficient
-As Force Blast. All attacks are Area Effect 3 around point of impact, and Range 5.
-Fire: 2x damage, sets flammable objects on fire
-Freeze: Normal and stun damage, Creates ice on all surfaces in the area, May be used as Atk VS Durability to freeze solid for up to 1 minute or 2 panels, during which time any attacks on the victims/objects thus frozen see their damage doubled
-Mind control: Makes this work as Telepathy (Control others; May only make the victims fight for the Boss and/or ignore her and her allies, not give them any other orders.) Also functions on robots and normally mindless creatures.
-Destruction: 2x damage; Any vehicle, creature or electromagnetic device caught in the blast also explode as a 10 stones attack, 2x damage, Area 3, centered on them seconds later, which then cause the same effect to surrounding electromagnetic devices.
-Bling: Deals 2x damage, Area Effect 3, Disintegrates if it kills. The power of the Blast can be augmented by +3 per -1 the user takes on their Wealth modifier; and costs 1 Wealth to use at any one time.
-Stone: Normal and Stun damage, May be used as Atk VS Durability to turn to stone for up to 1 minute or 2 panels, during which time any attacks on the victims/objects thus turned see their damage doubled
-Soul: An Attack dealing 2x damage which also acts as a Mental attack of stones played to stun for 1 panel/stone of damage.
-Shadow: Deals 2x damage, Normal and Stun damage; if any damage occurs, an Attack VS Durability of AN will diminish the target's Speed by 1 per stone of damage.
Telekinesis: 10
(Int.bonus and Wpn.modifier)
-Efficient
-May also be used as an Electricity-based attack
-May also be used as Drain Energy, inflicting 1w of damage per 3 stones of Energy stolen and healing the Boss by the same amount
-Telekinetic Time Bomb: At the Boss' discretion, she can charge a telekinetically grabbed being or object with destructive power and have them explode either upon impact or up to 3 panels later; this works as a 2x damage, AP, Area 2 explosion centered on them, of as many stones played in the original telekinesis attack.
-Shakedown TK (May only be used to hold a victim in the air in order to use this effect; In addition to immobilizing a victim, if it works, the user drains money from the victim at a rate of 1 Wealth per 2 panels. If the victim had more money than the Boss, she gains 1 Wealth MN per 2 MN drained. If the Boss had more, she gains only 1 MN per 4 MN drained. Of course, she can drain it from several people to reach the intended amount.)
Super Sprint: 12
(Spd.bonus)
-Efficient
-As Unstoppable (2x damage, Can burst through walls, objects, etc)
-Ignores Hardness of objects
-When in use, the actual speed of the Boss is equal to up to this action's AN, not her actual Speed ability
-May run on walls at same speed
-May run on water at same speed
-May run on lava at same speed without taking damage
-If running at Speed 7 or more, generates an AN tornado effect in her wake, sending people, vehicles and objects flying accordingly. Such a tornado effects lasts for as long as she runs in a given area, and is maintained for free one panel after she has left/stopped running.
-Dash Shield (See Force Field action)
Stomp: 10
(Str.bonus)
-The Boss uses her inhuman strength to stomp the ground with her feet, her fists, a weapon or her whole body, causing one of various effects. Creatures not in contact with the ground cannot be affected, however.
-Rock: This essentially works as an Earthquake-like attack of Area Effect 3, dealing 2x damage to any who stands on the ground in the affected area, and 3x damage to anything 'in' the ground, be it in a cave, or literally in the ground, like a house's basement. Victims suffering damage are either thrown away from the impact or fall prone, GM's call.
-Gravity: Any being stuck by this Area 3 effect is levitated as an AN effect for a duration of 2 panels, rendering them easy targets (they suffer -3 to all physical actions, they lose their Reflexive Dodge modifier, and any similar action-based defense, GM's call, until they free themselves or the effect ends.)
-Shrink (This powerful Area 3 effect acts as an Attack of this action's AN VS Durability + Energy Defense, dealing no actual damage... and transforms anyone thus 'damaged' in a shrinked version of themselves, as per Shrink AN 4; it does not grant any Reflexive Dodge bonus, reduces their Strength, Agility, Speed, Durability, Toughness and Reflexive Dodge by 3 and makes them fairly easy to squash like bugs afterwards. This effect lasts for 2 panels.)
-Airstrike Stomp (Stomping the ground with this technique will cause any nearby creatures to take damage, be thrown upwards and explode into a powerful discharge of energy which will rain down on the ground and damage everything around but the Boss. The initial stomp works as an Attack VS standard defense, 2x damage, AP. In addition to the damage, any stone of damage sends them flying upwards and cause the second effect; a 3 stones/victim so affected Attack (2x damage, AP, Area Effect of 3+1 per 3 victims up to Area 6) VS everything in the area, but the Boss.
-"Make it Rain" (Actually causes money to seemingly fall from the sky, driving nearby folks to happy (sometimes weird) reactions. A perfect distraction. Essentially works as a Mental Attack, causing whoever fails to stop whatever they're doing and focus entirely on the falling money. How they react to it is up to the GM, but it's always distracting them a lot. Costs 1 Wealth per use)
-Force: A sheer kinetic Area attack 3 dealing 2x damage, and pushing anyone affcted back by AN yards.
-Vacuum: Deals only stun damage in an Area 3, but if any damages occurs and this action's AN beats the victims' Weight, they are drawn to the center of this effect by powerful forces.
-Holy: A wave of holy energy. Deals 3x damage to all dark/evil/demonic foes, in an Area of 3.
Force Field: 9
-As base action, plus the following:
-Dash Shield (When running or gliding, the Boss instinctively generates a lesser Force field. She gets this action's AN as automatic defense when doing so. This does not stack with actually using Force Field into defense, but is rather part of it if the Boss does so.)
-Resistance to Power Negation (While her powers can be turned off by certain sources like most any superhuman, the Boss receives a Defense bonus against such an effect equal to this action's AN, at all times.)
Buff: 8
(Int.bonus)
-May add an Elemental bonus to all attacks (including a gun's bullets) of up to AN, with additional stones being spent for Duration on the D&R chart, and for additionally affected allies (1/person)
-Elements: Fire (2x damage, Ignites flammable materials), Lightning (2x damage, Normal and stun damage), Freeze (Normal and Stun damage, May use against Durability to freeze solid for 1 panel of duration, during which damage against victim/object is doubled), Destruction (2x damage, Area 1 on target), Bling (Atk of AN VS Current Health with each attack; success means the target is affected as per a Transform Others by Touch (Solid Gold form). If shattered during the transformation, they break down into piles of money which the Boss can simply pick up (1 wealth per 2 Durability of the victim) instantly), Coldfire (2x damage, Ignites flammable materials, Actually inflicts cold/ice elemental damage), Vamp (Each attack also has an effect of Improved Drain Energy at AN), and Worship (AN stones act as an Attack VS Intelligence+Mental Defense. If successful, the victim kneels and worships the user)
-Aura: Additional effect affecting people or objects that get too close (Area 1 around the Boss), active while the Buff lasts if the Boss so wants. Fire (Ignites flammable material as an AN effect), Lightning (As Electrification at AN), Freeze (As Electrification of the Cold Element, also deals Normal and Stun damage), Destruction (AN as Atk VS Durability, 'ignites' nearby creatures dealing normal damage, causing them to run at random and explode as a 2x AN (2x damage, Area effect 2) explosion centered on themselves. The Boss is immune to this power's explosions.), and Bling (Atk of AN VS Current Health to all who get too close; success means the target is affected as per a Transform Others by Touch (Solid Gold form). If shattered during the transformation, they break down into piles of money which the Boss can simply pick up (1 wealth per 2 Durability of the victim) instantly.), Coldfire (AN stones attack; 2x damage, Ignites flammable materials, Actually inflicts cold/ice elemental damage), Vamp (Aura has an effect of Improved Drain Energy at AN), and Worship (AN stones act as an Attack VS Intelligence+Mental Defense. If successful, the victim kneels and worships the user)
Summon: 8
-As Summoning, unless mentioned below
-Imps: For 1 stone per imp, summons weak, small, fiery demons who will wreak havoc and explode as a 10 stones (2x damage, Area attack 2) upon the user's command.
-Tower: Summons a powerful, immobile 'tower' demon, which 'grows' through the floor, and will spew attacks to any fool drawing too close.
-Titan: Summons a large titan demon to fight for the user.
Flight: 10
(Str.bonus)
-Via Ki Control, Gliding and Fallen angel wings (Retractable)
-If using wings, can exceed max winged flight speed and has Superior Maneuverability
-Ninja Reflexes (Always gets back on her feet when thrown/pushed away, unless unconscious. This is a passive effect, and requires no stone.)
-Death From Above (If already in the air (either via jumping, gliding, falling, etc), may use as an Area effect 3 attack (2x damage, AP) against anyone and anything around the point of impact as she hits the ground with great violence. Anything so hit is also thrown away with a Strength of 6 for the purpose of sending it flying.)
-Nuke (This incredibly devastating attack works similarly to the Death From Above attack. Using her fire powers and the kinetic force from her impacting the ground at the same time, the Boss can create a mini-nuclear-like explosion for massive damage in the area. This works as an Attack VS Durability (2x damage), Area effect 4 around point of impact. Obviously, this causes no radiation, but it does destroy pretty much anything around in terms of collateral damage.)
-Dash Shield (See Force Field action)
Kaioken: 10
-Place stones into this aciton to gain double invested stones as free stones to use for actions, and abilities.
-Pay stones each round to maintain effect.
-If unwilling to pay stones, effect ends, take damage equal to invested stones

-The Boss has already used a very large number of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, helicopters, planes, alien ships, special cars, alien 'Tanks', a strange broomstick-like flying machine, and other weird rides.
Badass Mofo: 5
-As Iron Will; does not require an action to use
-Accumulate Energy as M.o.M
-Iron Fist option, through sheer badassness.
Like a BOSS: 1
-As Stage X

-Gain +1 to Strength, Agility, Speed, Durability, Ki Control, Zanzoken, Toughness, Reflexive Dodge and Energy based/related actions (including Magical Actions and Final Fantasy actions except Break, Beast Taming and Alchemy) for each stone in this action box. Every 3 stones played, add 1 to Power Level. Every stone in between adds 1 to Energy Battery.
-May revert after Combat ends, but not before.
-Stones triggered into this action remain in this action unable to be spent, but counting towards regeneration.
Vehicle operations: 7
-Light vehicles
-Motorcycles
-Planes
-Military vehicles
-Going too fast
-Vehicle weapons
-Alien Vehicles/Spaceships
Technology: 3
(Int.bonus)

Power Absorption
-The Boss obtained her superpowers by defeating Wardens, monsters from a virtual word in her own universe. She could theoretically gain new powers from killing more of those, or by killing other beings if the GM so decides.
Infinite Ammo
-Is it part of her powers, or some other mysterious effect? Regardless of why, while the Boss still has to reload her guns when they are empty, she always has more magazines/shells/whatever available. She never runs out of additional ammo.
Wealth: 6
-Gains $1,000,000 per issue/month
-Currently has $10,910,000
CHALLENGES
-Psychological (-3; Sociopath. The Boss has little remorse for her actions, shows a high tendency for criminally reprehensible acts, enjoys using violence and killing, and loves to cause destruction around her. At least, she tries to keep this for the really bad guys and/or when it is necessary, but that doesn't make her any less of a sociopath.)
-Psychological (-2; hedonist. To the boss, doing what one feels like, when one feels like it, with whom one wants to be with, is all life's about. She lives for her own pleasure and that of her few friends and family, and is not afraid to say so.)
-Psychological (-1; mild recklessness. The Boss often shows little concern for what others may think of as reason and planning. She is very straightforward, and is not above using an otherwise ridiculous plan, such as "I run towards the enemy army and kick their ass while you guys sneak in". The worst part? Her foolish plans usually work.)
-Duty (-3; to the Saints, and to a lesser extent, the United States of America. The Boss only made it this far thanks to her fellow members of the Saints, and she hasn't forgotten it.)
-Covetous (-3; severe ambition, greed, lechery and conspicuousness. The boss wants it all... power, money, sex and renown. As far as she is concerned, it is rightfully hers to enjoy everything this world has to offer to the fullest, regardless of the difficulties, problems and obstacles in her way.)
-Big mouth (-1; the Chief talks loudly, swears a lot and throws insults at people who annoy her. Of course, this sometimes lead to problems.)
-Extreme vanity (-1; the Boss is one badass mutha, has accomplished more in ten years than most anyone in a lifetime, and has reaped much more than her own share of benefits out of it all. Obviously, she has the ego that goes with it, and gaining superpowers didn't quite help with that.)
-Minority (-1; Pansexual and Sex-positive. The Boss cares absolutely not about gender when looking for partners in 'having a bit of fun', and is a firm believer in the concept of open sexuality with very few limits other than a focus on safe sex and informed consent. She is very open about this, but respects when others are not comfortable with the idea, unlike what her otherwise sociopath personality tends to suggest.)
-Haunted past (-2; her father was horribly murdered before her eyes when she was a kid, and her uncle abused her in her childhood and her teenage years, until she put a bullet in his head. She has few fond memories of her family except for her mother, whom she still phones and visits from time to time.)
-Deadly enemies (-5; several. Live long enough and you make a lot of friends. Live longer, and you make plenty more enemies. Rival gangs, personal nemesises who are not yt dead, other people.)
EQUIPMENT
-Badass Nun outfit (nun headdress, a shin-length long-sleeved dress, and simple black flat)
-Clothes of various types and kinds, as well as many accessories, can essentially look like however she wants; usually involving the color purple somehow, one of the symbols of the Saints (also has access to various types of armors and armored clothes of a defense value from +1 to +3, including the 'Zero Saints Thirty' body armor and helmet, which are "+2, No 2x damage")
-Cellphone
NOTE: The following weapons are carried via Hammerspace, and are not usually visible on the Boss until she manifests them. The Boss has access to all Saints Row 3, 4 and Gat out of Hell weapons.
-Wolfwood's Cross
- Used as a blunt weapon, +3 melee weapon.
- The longest end of the cross hides a Minigun which acts as a +4, 2x damage, Automatically causes collateral damage, Range 5 Weapon. Can fire for 10 panels before reloading.
- The shortest end hides a rocket launcher, which acts as a +7, 2x damage, AP or Area effect, Range 5 weapon. Holds 5 rockets per issue.
- The left end hides ammo for the Minigun, allowing it to fire for up to 10 additional panels per issue.
- The right end hides three pairs of standard +2, 2x damage, Range 4 Handguns. Each holds 12 bullets plus 1 in the chamber.
- The cross requires its user to have at least a Strength of 4 to wear properly.
-Combat knife (+2)
-The Violator (A +3 weapon which is essentially a weird, alien-like tentacle-like baseball bat. Despite its disturbing appearance and obvious reference to certain types of Japanese pornography, it is fairly powerful and gets an additional +2 for the purpose of smashing away vehicles with one strike. Keep away from girls in skirts.)
-Laser Razor (This +4, 2x damage, AP katana-shaped laser sword cuts through mostly anything and often disintegrates its victims once they die. Its color can be easily altered from green, blue, red and purple.)
-The Penetrator (A disturbing 'weapon', essentially a +2 baseball bat-like melee weapon ... which looks like a purple, one metre-long dildo with a sword-like handle. It is unclear why the Boss keeps this in her possession, though one could make some pretty interesting guesses.)
-Pair of .45 Fletcher (+3, 2x damage, AP, Range 4 heavy handguns which shoot explosive bullets. Look a bit like Desert Eagles.)
-Pair of Cyborg Pistols (+3, 2x damage, Normal and Stun Damage, Automatically cause collateral damage, Range 4; Wpn.modifier increase to +4 against machines/robots/vehicles. These large pistols fire a very large amount of electricity-charged bullets in next to no time. They look just like the Auto-9 Pistol from Robocop, too.)
-Tak-10 Streetsweeper Shotgun (+4, 2x damage, AP, Area effect 2, Range 3 blast. It also has a full-auto mode, which increases the modifier by +1 and makes it 'Automatically causes collateral damage'. This powerful shotgun leaves no one standing and looks pretty badass. Can't go wrong with this.)
-The Inflat-O-Ray (This +3, Range 4 alien weapon acts as an Atk VS Durability + Energy Defense which grotesquely inflates the body, and more specifically, the head of the victim. If it is enough to kill the victim in one attack, the victim's head grows so much it explodes in a reddish mess. If not, the attack deals no actual damage, but inflicts a -3 to all actions, and its 'virtual' damage is carried onto the next panel, where another shot might finish the job if no one helps the poor victim.)
-Shokolov AR (+5, 2x damage, Range 5. A powerful, deadly, military-grade assault rifle. Equipping this weapon increases the wielder's Toughness by 1 for some reason.)
-Disintegrator (A deadly alien weapon which vaporizes its victims and targets mercilessly. Acts as a Range 4, +4 weapon, which if a single red stone gets through, then acts as a AN 10, 2x damage attack VS Durability, which vaporizes the body or object thus shot.)
-Alien RPG "Tyrant" (This weapon fires powerful, explosive orbs of energy as a +7, AP or 2x damage, Area Effect 4 around impact, Range 6 weapon. It is devastatingly beautiful to witness in action.)
-Black Hole Launcher (This crazy alien weapon fires an honest-to-god lesser gravitational singularity. It acts as a +10 weapon, 2x damage, which ignores Reflexive Dodge, armor AND Toughness entirely, and strikes an Area of 4 around point of impact. Needless to say, it makes one hell of a mess of anything in the area, and usually destroys any remains from the victims.)
-The Loud Locust (This ridiculously tiny pistol packs one hell of a punch for its size, acting as a +5, 2x damage, AP, Range 3 pistol, whose blast explodes in an Area 1 attack around point of impact. It has a ludicrous recoil, and as such it may be used to target only a single foe per panel.)
-The 'Merica Gun (A crazy, massive weapon which combines lots of guns, a flamethrower and a missile launcher all strapped-on together and which can fire all at once with the press of a single trigger. It functions as a +8 weapon, 2x damage, AP, Range 4, Area effect 3 weapon, which sets flammable objects on fire, and which automatically causes collateral damage all over the place.)
-The Dubstep Gun (When the trigger is pressed, it causes a dubstep music to start and an AN 10 mental attack VS anyone in an Area 4 around the user, which causes them all to dance uncontrollably, except the user and their allies. At the same time, the user can aim the gun at victims and attack them as per a +4, 2x damage, Normal and stun damage, Range 2 weapon. Its damage is electricity based. If not used to actually kill anyone, is great for a party.)
-The Abduct-O-Matic (Generates an Area 3 effect around impact at a Range of 4; anyone within the area must have a higher Durability + Weight than the gun's AN 12, or else they are seemingly taken away by a ray of light and abducted by aliens. In truth, however, they are sent incredibly high in the air, and fall down plummeting to the ground at maximum velocity, which acts as a 12 stones, 2x damage, AP attack, which ignores Reflexive Dodge.)
-The Rectifier (Can be either used as a +3 club-like weapon to smash people in the face - or elsewhere -... or can be used as a +4 weapon VS Durability + Reflexive Dodge to... basically rip through a victim's pants and up their butt, dealing damage as per the initial attack. Regardless of whether the victim is killed or not, it is then stuck on the Rectifier's tip (Difficulty 6 getting off, plus... well, it hurts) until next panel, when the wielder of the Rectifier can then aim and literally fire the victim away, glittering stars of light flying out of their where it will explode, dealing damage to the victim itself and anyone around it. This works as a +6, 2x damage, AP, Area 3 around impact, Range 5 weapon, which also deals damage to the victim being shot, obviously. Plus, it looks pretty.)
-The Polarizer (This "gun" can be used for various purposes. At its basis, it can draw several objects/creatures to it from afar, with no real effort from its wielder, as per Telekinesis 10 (Area Effect up to 4 to gather several targets at once, stones are free from GP), Range 4. Any gathered items/creatures will float in front of the user. At that point, they can either be released (in which case they will fall to the floor), or fired towards other targets (in which case the Polarizer becomes a Ranged Weapon +X, (2x damage, Area Effect, Normal and Stun damage), where "X" is the total Weight of gathered objects/creatures. The victims/objects used as projectiles also suffer the effects of this attack, of course.)
______________________________________________________________
STORY: From a mere new recruit in the 3rd Street Saints, the young woman who'd later be known as the Boss has come a very, very long way. She became second in command in no time, then took the reins of the organization, keeping it alive despite the apparent death of her longtime friend and mentor, Johnny Gat, the 'toughest motherf***er' she had ever known. Along with the Saints, she rose in fame and power, becoming, from a mere street gang among others, beloved pop culture icons renowned worldwide for their fun-loving attitude. They still kept in touch with violence, though, and helped the United States against several enemies, including terrorists of various kinds. One of those terrorists, former STAG commander Cyrus Temple, was threatening to launch a nuke on Washington, and so was targeted by a joint offensive by MI6 and the Saints. The Boss managed to kill Cyrus, but not before he launched the nuclear missile. Running towards the weapon, the Boss grabbed onto it, and climbed on its size in order to deactivate its targeting system and manually initiate its self-destruct sequence, seemingly sacrificing herself. Still, she somehow succeeded AND survived, landing safely, though not painlessly, through the rooftop of the White HOuse in Washington. She had saved the United States and possibly averted global war.
Five years later, she had been elected as President of the United States, with other members of the Saints as members of the Cabinet. Things were doing... rather... not too bad, and then the sh*t hit the fan as aliens from the Zin Empire attacked, abducting thousands of people across the planet, the President and most of the Saints included, and trapped them all inside a virtual reality world called the Simulation, where they would relive their worst nightmares over and over again. With the help of Kinzie Kensington, the Boss escaped, and planned revenge by freeing all her fellow Saints and taking control of the Simulation from within, acquiring superpowers in there as she did. Zinyak, the leader of the Zin Empire, retaliated by destroying the Earth, but hey, sh*t happens, you know. At any rate, the Saints fought back, regrouped, and even freed Johnny Gat, who was in fact alive and had simply been abducted by the aliens prior to their invasion. Gat joined the Boss in her adventures against the Empire, and together with the Saints, they kicked the Empire's collective ass, and the Boss replaced Zinyal as leader of the Zin Empire. She also gained access to a time machine which allowed her to stop Zinyak prior to the Earth's destruction, bringing back all of her friends, and the whole planet, alive and well. Saving the enitre world. Again.
The Boss returned as President, her former mistakes forgiven thanks to her saving the world. She also got to keep several of the toys she had acquired in her alien adventures, and commanded the immense forces of the Zin Empire on top of those of the United States, ensuring a long and uninterrupted reign as leader of the free world and most of humanity.
That is, until some weird-ass light took her away into another world...
