I haven't read through all of it in detail yet, but this is probably my favorite section so far! I've wanted a map of Marvel's New York for ages! Thank you so much!
However, I do feel a need to point out a few things, mostly about the Code: BLUE Facility (or facilities?)
1. On the map of the Facility, one of the bathrooms looks like it would be fairly inconvenient to enter because of a desk blocking most of the doorway. This could easily be solved by flipping the bathroom top-to-bottom.
2. I don't recall seeing a location for the Code: BLUE facility anywhere. Neither on the map nor in the description.
3. Are there any plans for the Code: BLUE operatives to have write-ups, perhaps in the yet to be released adventure? Or could the SWAT Officer from the GM's Section suffice, maybe with an extra +1 to all skills?
4. The second paragraph of the second column on page 71 starts out I think someone left out the words "of the". I'm sorry that I don't have a way to fix it that won't take up more space.
And a few things about the map.
5. Isn't Riker's Island supposed to be "Ryker's" Island in Marvel? 6. "Jessica Drews Apartment" needs an apostrophe. 7. Since Manhattan Island isn't that cleanly north-to-south, could a compass rose be added to indicate the direction of true north? 8. A map scale would also be nice. Knowing that Central Park is a half-mile wide (Many thanks for telling me that in the description!), I could add it myself, but then it wouldn't be available for everyone to use. 9. Do you happen to have an idea how how well the map would print in black & white?

Do you happen to have an idea how how well the map would print in black & white? 1) We didn't create these maps, but simply "borrowed" them from existing sources. Shh! Don't tell! 2) It's located in a nondescript stone building (which resembles a common two-story precinct house), somewhere in midtown Manhattan. 3) Originally they were intended to be released as a Team on the Team Generator, but we decided not to include that feature, so that we could include the Adventure Generator. Your suggestion for using modified SWAT officer stats is a fine one, though we suggest you also raise the Durability of each of the core members of the Code Blue Team to 2, along with the following modifications for each member: Lt. Marcus Stone: Leadership: 4 Daniel "Fireworks" Fielstein: plenty of explosives, "Demolitions" action (Int Bonus): 4 Andrew "Jock" Jackson: Reflexive Dodge +1, +2 to close combat with "Martial Arts" and "Hit and Run" listed as specialties "Mad Dog" Rassitano: +2 to Ranged Combat, Targetting: +1, Sargeant Samuel "Mother" Majowski: Intelligence: 2, Speed: 1 (He's in a wheelchair) General Knowledge: (Strategy and Tactics) +2, Computers: 4 Margarita Allegra "Rigger" Ruiz: Ranged Combat +2, Add "Heavy Weapons" as a specialty, Toughness: +1 As you suggested, all other Actions should also be increased by +1. 4) Thanks for the catch; we'll fix that. 5) Off the top of my head of my head, I'm not sure. I'll have to get back to you on that one. 6) I'll need to see if there's anything we can do about that at this point. 7,8) Probably won't happen at this point, but I'll see what we can do on both points. 9) No idea. If you try it, please let us know. Tomasina

i have adobe, but cant seem to download it I just tested it, and it is working. It sometimes takes a while as it is a pretty decent DL (11MB). Try right-clicking and selected Save As to save the file, rather than opening it. Tomasina

Sorry if I mentioned this somewhere already, but I printed of a Black & White copy of the map. It's readable, but I'm not exactly thrilled with it. Somehow, seeing it in color helps a lot.

Kaimontfendo, we wanted to let you you know that we have not forgotten your request above. We have checked with the artist on the possibility of fulfilling these requests, but unfortunately the answer was in the negative. HOWEVER, if you would like to design something yourself and submit it to us, we would be happy to include it as part of an update on the section, (as long as it is somewhat professional looking.) And then, of course, you would get listed in the credits. Please let us know A.S.A.P. if you'd like to give this a shot. Tomasina

I'd like to give it a shot. I think I could have something ready by the end of the week. Spring Break is cool like that.
Is there any particular file format I should use? If I worked at it, I could maybe get it into a pdf, but I think I'd need some special software that I don't have for that.
Also, how should I submit that? I think I've got you in my e-mail contacts, so should I just send it to you?

Kaimontfendo, I will look into the format that is required and reply as quickly as possible. Just a note... if you ever need to convert something to the .pdf format, you should take a look at PDF995 ( www.pdf995.com/). It is a free tool which acts as a printer device with the output a .pdf file. While Adobe has a PDF converter... the PDF995 is free which is nice. Tomasina

Kaimontfendo, I have the map in a .jpg format which I can send to you. You can edit it in that format and then simply send it back to me. I have sent the graphic to the email I have for you in my contact list, if you have a new one let me know. Thanks for the help, Tomasina

I'm working on it. It may take a little longer than I initially expected, but I may be able to get it in by the end of the week.
