I finally dropped down to 200lbs! a couple of years ago I was at 220, but it wasn't all muscle. It's not all muscle not, but allot more of it's learn. I'm trying to stay 200lbs, burn the fat, and gain muscle.
In my schedule these days I work 6 or 7 days a week, train 3 days a week, and work out 3 days a week. It's pretty brutal, but I'm getting really good at martial arts, and I'm getting in really good shape. In the next month or two my facility is holding SORT (Special Operations Response Team) try outs. So, I'm going to be in shape for that. It's pretty exciting.
In my peak physical condition I was at 190lbs and I wasn't fat. So, I'm beginning to get there again. I'm trying to get, and stay into even better shape than I was then

I run then work out my legs on Monday with Squats, calf raises, leg curls, and leg extensions. On Tuesday I practice Martial arts that include Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and kickboxing. I usually do 15 minutes of bag work. 3 minutes on the bag, 3 minute rest, and so on.
On Wednesday I run then work out my chest and shoulders.
Thursday is martial arts training again
On Friday I run and work out my arms, and Martial Arts training.
Some days I may train on Saturday, but it's light work then.
Keep in mind I work from 10pm-6am, and I'm one of the first people called for overtime. So, I rarely have a day off.
I also found out today I might get on the STG (Security Threat Group) comity. Basically, I'll be learning allot about gang activity.
