I am dealing w/ a "PC" that has "2" potential options for his telepathy --- first the "PC" can barely read minds and not very often so I simply thought "Can't read minds" w. a little GM leeway would handle that --- I am having trouble though with his idea for EMpathy?! He wants to be able to "automatically" empathize anyone relevant & able to be read that steps into range . . . for example if a "PC" would normally spend 7 stones to read a mind he wants to simply read his emotions vs. his resistance w/o any stones in. Does this make sense to any one? How much should that option cost, the only option he desires to run with this option?

How do you deal with tele's that want area effect for 1 OR 2 options but not the whole action?!

I have another tele-empathic character in mind that can "Empathy" (he has the option) but can also read minds --- occasionally. His Mind Probe is unreliable. What type of cost bonus does this deserve if any?

Question: "Create Illusions" works for all (I assume w/n visual range) , but "Illusion" ala "tp" works only on one, if there is no area effect option paid for. How much should "Area Effect" cost if that is you only tele-empathic area opt. For example, I can produce illusions that everyone within range, etc. can see --- BUT I can still only Psi-Bolt one at a time . . .
