It's basically Smallville, only set in Gotham, and not sharing Smallville's canon (so for instance, if someone wanted to be Oliver Queen, they could even though he was on Smallville)

Yup, I have Selina Kyle finished, Dhark was working on Bruce Wayne, and there were more people with quite nifty concepts (sorry I can't remember)

Judging from my cad, I think that it was a fixed 12 energy 4 regeneration thing with no stone count, just making reasonable people.

As a metric, Ollie has 3 RC and no CC, so he's got the beginnings of what he'll eventually be great at, but he's not stacked to the gills with skills he reasonably wouldn't have yet. I believe Selina also has 3 in Thieving. |

This game has no connection to Smallville other than being based on the same premise, so you don't have to play characters from that show. |
