Seeing that the Human Torch was attempting to keep Ultron busy, Iron Man flew off in pursuit of the villains' shuttle. He did not want to allow them to get the drop on the other heroes, and hoped to slow them down if he could. Once he was in range, he would try to use his suit's magnetism to yank the shuttle off course, hopefully causing it to crash into a nearby piece of terrain.

Spider-Man
Spider-Man didn't have much in the way of experience with Ultron, but he'd faced robots aplenty, and how different could they be. He wasn't going to leave Johnny to fight the shiny can in any case.
Ear-antennas and shoulder spikes? Not the way I would have gone, but you look like a guy who takes risks, am I right?
Weighing his options, Spidey decided to test this threat with a simple, but often effective, tactic. He aimed his webshooters at Ultron's legs (temporarily forgetting that he still hadn't found any way to make more webbing!) in an attempt to wrap up the robot's legs and trip him.

Hawkeye
Hawkeye soon realizes that they are face to face with Ultron. "Damn-it why him of all villains. Why can't we get someone we can make fun of better. Like Dr. Hentai or snake skin wallet?" Hawkeye replies Taking aim at Ultron with a Explosive arrow. Hoping to add a extra bang From Tourch to cause even bigger and more massive explosive hit on Ultron. After all His experience with him is that he is one tough ugly robot.
(Action; While touch is lighting him up Hawkeye shoots explosive arrow at the stream of flame to hopefull cause a nice chunk of damage in Ultron's armor! SCqXq13G1-100 ) 1-100

Johnny shoots his flame against Ultron's body, however, it is not damaged! Parker then shoots his webs at Ultron's legs, but they smolder against the robot's heated body, failing to impede Ultron's movement. [OOC: A quick note on Spider-Man's webs. To succeed with an entangle, impede, blind or other special effect, a Bullseye result is required. With Spider-Man's Amazing (50) Agility, that requires a 56 or higher.]Clint Barton never misses, and his explosive tip arrow detonates on target. [OOC: Only 3 Explosive Arrows remaining.] Unfortunately, Ultron's body is made of pure adamantium. It can not be damaged by most forces in the universe. Spider Sense roll: oxX_kDUs1d100Spider-Man's spider-sense tingles, warning him of Ultron's counter attack in time to dodge. Dodge Roll: 1d100 Miss=No advantage. While "knowing is half the battle", it is also only half the battle. Parker knows he's in danger but in this alien landscape he is unable to get out of the way! Hawkeye"Spidey, Get Up! Last thing we need the bad guys to pun on saying was that you got squashed like a bug!" Hawkeye said Heading to where Spidey Is. Drawing a Smoke Bomb Arrow and shooting the Ground near Ultron. Its ot much but it provide enough cover and a small chance to think a new strategy. From experience Brute force will not work. The Human Torch
"Hey!" shouts Johnny when he sees Spiderman take the hit. "HEY!" he bellows. "GET SPIDEY OUT OF HERE. ALL OF YOU! GET CLEAR! HAWKEYE KEEP IT BUSY A FEW SECONDS MORE BUT GET CLEAR!" he shouts over the din of the battle. Flying about, he bides his time and dodges any incoming attacks, waiting for the others to get clear before announcing "It's NOVA TIME!"
ACTIONS
Wait till the others get out of the way, then land next to Ultron and go Nova (Class 1000 damage?) on him. If any incoming attacks come his way, dodge/evade them as best he can including using Karma (10 points) if he has to

Incredibly unhappy about being singed, Spidey was almost at a loss for words. Almost. Hey, look pal, I don't know what's got your robo-knickers in a bunch, but I'm a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, and even if this isn't my neighborhood, I don't take kindly to you coming down here and shooting the place up. Still pushing to end this without anyone else getting hurt, Spidey attempted, once again, to entangle the obnoxious android with his webbing!

FYI: As of this time in Marvel history, Tony Stark was a secret identity of Iron Man and actually, this Iron Man isn't Tony Stark. therefore Charles Xavier would not refer to Iron Man as "Mr. Stark". Also, Iron Man is maybe a quarter a mile away from Prof. X. Is this a telepathic message? |

Having slowed down the villains, Iron Man flew at his top speed back to the Herobase, ready to rally the other heroes and warn them of the enemies at their doorstep.

Flying about using every means possible to dodge incoming attacks should they come at him. When everyone is clear get in there and go nova on Ultron.

Hawkeye lets loose a smoke arrow as he makes his way down from his perch. Everybody in the smoke cloud has a penalty of a two column shift to the left on all FEAT rolls. This includes Spider-Man. Relying on his Spider Sense to tell him where the insane robot is, Spider-Man catches Ultron in his web! Ultron attempts to break free. UgXXkuSU1d100 Apparently, that does not compute. As the Human Torch calls for web-head to get out of the way, Professor X's telepathic call to Iron Man remains unanswered. Iron Man rockets toward Herobase, 250 miles away. At top speed (Monstrous), Iron Man can fly at about 750 miles per hour. So the trip should take him roughly twenty minutes. Name

"Damn this is a loosing battle we need to regroup" Hawkeye said to himself. From the perch he ready's another explosive arrow and tries to get slight closer to spider man to give him a heads up. "WEB HEAD THIS WAY TAKE COVER!" He yells to Spidey. Hopefully he did not receive a concision from Ultron's blast.

Spider-Man didn't like retreating, but he'd done enough teamwork to know that when someone called the retreat, you went with it. Regrouping didn't sound like the worst idea at any rate. It was time to make a tactical withdrawal.
