Okay, first off I am a little mad at my computer because it is acting up when I am trying to ask an important question?! Now, you may not like me for asking similar questions over and over and over again, but I am still trying to get an understanding?! Okay, I know that there are many that feel that Character Creation for PCs should stay at 40 or less, or ELSE DON'T PLAY MY GAME. (Within, anyway.) I have read some of the boards that feel Marvel heroes always start flawed, for the most part anyway. (Wolverine, I think, started out as he was now, maybe even stronger than his CAD as time went on.) I have tried to produce my own PCs for future games and practice for other GMs' games, but I never seem to make a hero/ine, worth playing anyway, less than 44 w. (Oh well.) I have tried to present Characters as they are ready anyway, to be cut/hacked in a playable manner, but mostly ignored. (I understand even I am busy, or else some are uninterested, oh well.) Anyway, do you out there truly stick to the 40, or less, stone rule all the time OR do you allow 44s or less above as long as it is a good idea. Please help (!!)

Most gms here I see have a 40 stone +10 in disadvantages making an average of 50 stone hero.
