No offense either, but the only reason for that is because you make your characters a lot less powerful than I believe they should be.
EDIT: Except for Homer Simpson. He's exactly at the level he should be, lol.

I've already explained why I think you're wrong in that regard several times before...
I will just say when you are willing and able to go through every single cad from every single book, including the spidey-guide. and update them with your own versions that are as powerful as you think they should be... Then I will concede to your line of thought.
But until the day comes you do that. I will stick with scaling my characters to balance with all the CADs as shown in the books.
(Now I strongly suggest we drop this argument before either of us says something we will later regret. If I havn't already)

I will say that my Nova CAD was based on the one in the Spidey Guide only beefed up because that CAD was pre-Annihilation while mine was after and thus has a major upgrade.

I've already explained why I think you're wrong in that regard several times before... Just as I already explained why I thought I wasn't wrong, so as far as I'm concerned, there is no 'right or wrong' there, just a difference in opinions. Though I agree with the dropping of the argument for friendship's sake. As for the matter of this game strictly, my thought is this. I am making my CAD following the exact same rules as everyone else, as dictated by SK: "Unlimited stone count", and therefore am perfectly within my right to make it as I see it, just like everyone else is. My 'limitations' will be my usual reasonable playstyle (for example, I never used more than 20% of Jessica D. Howlet's power exactly because she is overpowered), and the fact that Gilgamesh both underestimates his opponents and rarely thinks a foe is worth fighting seriously, which is what can lead to his defeat. That being said, if Lup is so against me joining the main team, I am okay with just being a side character, if it'll make him happy. My preference would have been with the main 6, but I don't want to bother him.

He just doesn't want you owning the main threats before he even has a chance to get a shot in, which is a legitimate concern.
Disclaimer: I may be wrong, but that is I how I interpreted his posts.

No no... By all means join the main 6... The whole point is Homer is in waaay over his head anyway.

Oh, but I agree with that, and that's why I think Gilgamesh is a great choice. He'd be all like "Meh. I really don't see why I should have to lift a finger against a wimp like that creature. Oh, whatever... fine, I'll help a little..." G-Man is too arrogant for his own good, lol. Alrighty then. Thanks for this. ...Who knows... maybe Homer will get some powers of his own. Or maybe he and Gilgamesh will find some sort of common ground on which to stand on for some reason. XD

He had Iron Man armor and was actually a decent hero in the original Multiverse. But then things got reset and now he is back to his usual self. But with the memories of his awesome adventures without the physical proof he did them.

Also, Homer will recognize Gilgamesh as that idiot who tried attacking Kang (Everyone originally thought Kang was the final boss until it was revealed that he was there to stop the Anti-Monitor) and got owned before he could finish that attack.
Gil won't recognize Homer as there were too many different heroes to keep track of, and there were a surprising amount who had Iron Man armor as well.

After short PM discussion with SK, correction: Rule 63red Gilgamesh. Due to the merging of the worlds, it would seem.

You're actually trying to make Homer ridicule Gil, are you?

Basically, Gil was originally male but when things got reset, he was changed into female. Why? I think it would be funnier to hold onto the joke until in game where Kang will act as Mr. Exposition.

You're actually trying to make Homer ridicule Gil, are you? Only because Gil made it so clear to everyone that he was gonna handle this, only to be blocked by a force field and then laser beamed in the chest. Not lethal, more of a "please sit down while I explain how I am here to save the entire Omniverse and not destroy it".

Ok. In that case, I'll go with 'Gilgamesh nderestimated Kang, went up to him with no armor, launched a fairly weak attack because he thought more wasn't needed to finish off the foe, failed, and was taken by surprise, knocking the wind off his chest and sending him down to the floor. XD
