King says I need some others opinion on two things Black Tornado and Terra Destroyer.
Terra Destroyer: Takes all the "Negative Emotions" in the world and focuses it to one point and fires it.

Black Tornado: Spins at a Tremendous speed like a tornado and launches himself at the enemy

Terra Destroyer: That may be the fluff, but in the end, it's a Force Blast. It sounds pretty badass, as Negative emotions are aplenty especially if all Universes have merged together. I'd probably make it 3x damage, possibly Normal and Stun damage (being hit by that much negative emotions is gonna give you pause), and possibly 'Automatically causes collateral damage', because it sounds fairly destructive. If it's 'focused on one point', I'd make it 'Cannot split stones on multiple opponents', making it a deadly one-target attack.

Black Tornado: Sounds like Blasting in the X-Men guide, doesn't it?

No, Black Tornado doesn't sound like Blasting at all. Maybe if you heavily modify it. But a speed of 10 does that, but the problem is BWGreymon isn't that fast. He can fly Mach 43 something, but it is specifically spinning around and not flying in a circle.

Allow me to rephrase what was just said:

Nobody said anything about 'creating a tornado', and written like that, it is Blasting. If you want me to make correct descriptions in game terms, please give me the correct information, or else incorrect results are inevitable.

...And now that I do have said information, here it is.

Black Tornado: AN
(Spd.bonus)
-Creates a powerful tornado by spinning quickly and launching oneself at the foe. Functions as a Force Blast centered on self (but does not harm user, obviously), acting as an Area Attack of up to AN, 2x damage, Automatically causes collateral damage.
-User moves at a Speed of stones played, up to this Action's AN, or the user's Speed AN, whichever is lower, for free, causing the area attack to follow the movement.

Also, SK, I'd recomment either Dorkknight23 or Dionon, both are the fastest I know for board creation and connect fairly often. DK23 usually connects at night, so he could be a good bet.
