I have played with doom and as a watcher one time even I went and said whoa this is to much power. Doom is awesome but as a character in general yeas! Anyways Wild Knigh is Rogue given the okay or do I need to find someone else?

After a good debate Rogue is accepted though we will have to edit a couple things. Also do we know officially who is in the group as in character wise? Just so we get head count

WK has a Data File that was released as extra content from MWP. It's pretty sweet.

Yeah trust me on that. He is broken I know, I had a group with the original Avengers once (Thor, Iron Man, Wasp, Ant-Man, and Hulk). Thor wiped out entire combats in a single panel more than once. Thor is the ultimate example of where the math of this system breaks down, and why Area Attack (along with Counter Attack) is an insanely broken SFX, especially if the GM doesn't have the balls to tell players that they can't simply throw area attacks without risking harming their allies who are in the midst of the melee. |

Oh yeah. He is a very powerful ally. Im suprised you let someone play hulk. Not to discriminate but damn if though up right ugh Hulk can match Thor in the broken department

Hulk rolls 1 less d10. In fact, 1 less die ENTIRELY, which means that he has a FAR lower chance of beating his opponent's roll by 5 AND having a d12 effect die, therefore going directly to KO, especially against major foes. Furthermore, Hulk has a seriously detrimental Limit that should make the entire team a little more wary of the way they play (in particular, of doing things that contribute to the Doom Pool). Thor actually has an SFX that reduces the Doom Pool as well, where Hulk only ever increases it. Plus, Hulk can be "de-powered" by an enemy "attacking" his Mental or Emotional Stress to reduce it, where Thor cannot. ... oh, and Thor has magic AND Weather Supremacy to create assets for himself and his allies. Thor is leaps and bounds superior to The Hulk. Regardless, the reason I can allow my table top group to use such characters is because I can trust them not to abuse the system (with one exception, and I wouldn't allow him to touch a datafile like Thor's) |
