Mutants, Inhumans, aliens, sorcerers, victims of science gone wrong... all outcasts of polite society, forced to live on the fringes. If you're an adult, chances are pretty good you put on a tight suit in primary colors and save the day... or endanger it. But what if you're a teenager? As if being a teenager wasn't bad enough, you've got an extra layer dividing you from the normal people, and you can't even get in on the costumed funny business. The heroes won't have you ("stay in school, kid!") and the villains won't respect you.
There are places for people like you, of course. If you're a Mutant you can go to Xavier's Academy. If you're a genius you might be able to attend the Future Foundation school. If your powers are really useful and you're willing to agree to years of government service, you can become part of the Avengers Initiative. These kinds of opportunities are, unfortunately, few and far between. A less desirable (to most) option is Victor Von Doom's so-called Academy of Arts & Sciences. Sure, you have to live in Doomstadt, the capitol of Latveria, but if you're really alone in the world, it might be better than nothing. Of course, rumors are persistent that Von Doom intends to use the Academy to build his own evil counterpart to the Avengers, so its not all sunshine and roses on that front. But hey, nothing is perfect...

Teen drama + political intrigue. Interested? Cool. Original characters only (though "tie ins" to existing Marvel characters are encouraged, but not necessary). 20 +10 in challenges. Even though the assumption of the game is that all characters are outcasts in the "real world", Mutant is still a viable 3 stone challenge because, for whatever reasons, Mutants are somehow more ostracized than others (and can be targeted with technology specifically aimed at their kind).
You can also take the 3 stone challenge "Special Circumstances" if you'd like, above and beyond the normal challenge stone limit. The rub there is that I can't/won't tell you what the Challenge signifies unless you've already taken it, and once I've told you, you can't not take it 8)
