Nice ideas so far, people. If only through your ideas, we have possibly two important groups to build stories around... lilithsboy's character's family, whom are basically oppressive, potentially dangerous mages who were willing to go to such lengths as to damn their own child by making him half-demon... and the Templars, which I will make into a Major supernatural/secret organization.
This is going to be fun.
By the way, if I get only up to 5 submissions, then you will all get in for sure because I'm positive we can work something out, but if I get more than 5 submissions, I will have no choice but to pick, so I don't want to give false hopes just yet. This is, technically speaking, a recruitment thread, after all. ^_^

Not sure yet; I'll begin with having at least enough to play with (i.e 3). I got 1 so far, Dio and I are working on his, and my sister should send in her character ideas soon. When I have at least 3 completed and accepted ideas, I will set a date for final submissions and beginning of the game.

I've been fishing around a CAD -based on Dc's Katana- that might be doable for this depending on the conversions. She is basically the legendary female samurai Tomoe Gozen, who's soul becomes trapped in her katana upon death. When a new female wielder of the Katana dies, Tomoe's soul enters the body and basically brings it back to life. The Katana also absorbs the life force of slain enemies growing more powerful with each kill- thinking if I change it to any demonic/evil/monster etc. it might work. She'd basically be an immortal Demon Hunter Samurai.
That said I don't have any experience with the Unisystem, so I'd need help figuring everything out.
