Watched the movie last night and liked it a lot, it manages to keep balance between the "we have a lot of characters" part and the "still is a Captain America movie" part. Not gonna spoil anything (obviously) but just wanted to warn that there are two post credits scenes.

Will get round to it probably next week I should think. The downside of working shifts Positive reviews here and everywhere else should wipe the bitter taste of Batman vs Superman away...

The reviews sure are good; I'm doing my best not to get overhyped. Fortunately, even I'm feeling a little burned out on super hero films, so that helps a little. ^__^
The Russo brothers have impressed twice in a row, now. Seems like the last next two Avengers films are in good hands.

You know from all the Trailers I've seen for this movie.
I'm starting to think Cap and Stark aren't really going to be CIVIL during this Movie. (Still excited for it)

So I saw it the other day - it was really good. I can't decide if it was slightly better or slightly not as good as The Winter Soldier, but they were very close in quality. Fairly different movies, though.
Some really strong performances, all the cameos you could want, and very little to complain about. The tone was a little inconsistent, but in a fun way.
Also, I think it's worth pointing out that Civil War is a good example of how you can make a movie with a serious, even somber tone, while still having it be bright and colourful and fun.

Agreed, far better movie than the BvS Dawn of Justice tripe. Best Marvel movie? Dunno, maybe. I liked all three Cap America films, probably more than the Iron man ones and I think on the whole Marvel is doing a good job of keeping the publics interest in what is now an absolutely saturated genre. For now. At some point the bubble will burst, and sci fi or fantasy will come to the fore again.

Avoiding spoilers:
Pros: Spider-Man. Spider-Man. Spider-Man. (Did I mention Spider-Man?) Great fight choreography. Bunch of characters got a chance to be a bit more fleshed out than they felt in Avengers 2 (like Vision/Scarlet Witch most notably) Both sides of the registration argument felt a bit more fleshed out than in the comics
Cons: Zemo seemed almost an afterthought
I liked it about as much as I liked Winter Soldier, which was more than Avengers 2 by a country mile.

i think zemo did not need to be in the movie i think the collateral dmg thing was dumb i mean even if they registers there will be collateral dmg, prob should have gone more into neglagencs and scarlet witch thing. altho i thout it looked good did not like the movie cool action and fighting loved spider man he was funny upset that there was no iron spider man T_T but all in all I think I will watch it again.
Spoiler ( DID not like the ending at all with why iron man was fighting them i mean he has been mind controlled he knows that buky did not have control and he just does not care.
