It's over now, and wow. I thought it was a pretty fun series. I'll admit, I liked Time Runs Out a little better, but I felt like the ending was a little anti climatic with having Reed reset the multiverse and everything returning to the way it was more before time runs out. That was kind of a huge let down for me, because now only a hand full of characters even remember the event as far as I can tell.

I liked the ending due to playing into the dynamics between Doom and Reed, and I like that Franklin and Valeria have their part. I don't like having all that dead space in the middle of the event to set the pieces on place, and the appearance of so many characters eating pages and pages when their impact is negligible. Overall quite the good event, as it plays into the strengths of the creative team. It still feels quite weird having Susan Storm like it was some kind of trophy wife, though.

I don't see it AS A "trophy wife" I think it better shows he actually loves and care for sue I mean he could have taken all the marvel verse sue and or make clones or his own special wife but at the end of the day he knew what he wanted. (note i have not read every issue so idk if he ever goes bonkers on her)

He wanted to prove that he could be the better husband and father than Reed ever was.

The dynamic of besting the other is completely fine, the writer making so she's the one that picked Doom in absence of Reed, not so much. It could fit Valeria, but Susan? I don't see it. She also has no tangible role in Doom's world (where Franklin, Valeria, Johnny and Ben do) that isn't by his side, and to make matters worse she has no tangible role at the epilogue but to stay with her family and thank Reed for saving them. Still, that's a small part of a event I liked.
