-Deborah's Gaze (Erika is capable of analyzing weapons, objects, vehicles, mecha and other devices of all and any kinds with but a glance, hearing about it, touching it or reading about it, understanding how to use it, how they are made, their molecular composition, their history, etcetera. Doing so requires as many stones as it would to create the items in question, and it essentially acts as General Knowledge, Technology, Psychometry, and any other knowledge-based action related to the object in question. It also serves as the prerequisite to use the following uses of this Action. Once an item is analyzed in this manner, she retains the knowledge forever, and can access it just by thinking about it as per her Perfect Device Memory, see Modifiers. NOTE: She just needs to know what a device basically does, looks like and, if any, its name, for her power to work, and yes, it works even with devices only appearing in movies, manga, anime, comics, video games and whatnot. If she can analyze it, she can create it.)
-Soulsteel Projection (By paying for the Technology level, Weight, Area, or highest AN/MN of the desired device(s, only paying for the most expensive one), Erika can manifest perfect copies into reality, of up to AN objects at once. The copies are permanent unless dissolved (see below), identical to the original and just as effective, with the difference that Erika can use them even though she normally couldn't (for example, she could wield the Master Sword even though she isn't the Chosen of Courage, and she could use a Red Power Ring effectively even though she rarely gets angry, let alone furious). The created items can appear anywhere within half AN range, and even be equipped directly on, or around for a vehicle, people of her choice. If done against their will, she has to beat their defense minus Toughness and Armor, as she doesn't have to pierce through those to equip something on someone with this power.)
-Soulsteel Dissolution (By paying 1 stone per device, Soulsteel can force any device she has created into reality to instantly dissolve into thin air, regardless of range or complexity. As she creates it, so can she take it away. This effect doesn't work for devices she hasn't created herself.)
-Soul Skill (When she creates devices, Soulsteel immediately gains the knowledge to use the item at the level of skill of the best wielder/user to have ever made use of it, or an average one failing that in the case of an item that was never used. This permanently increases the corresponding action to reflect it, and might add Advantages or even Ability bonuses/Weapon modifiers if appropriate. For example, if she created Captain America's Shield, she would gain the Captain's Close and Ranged Combat scores to reflect the martial knowledge she gained from it, unless her ANs were already higher. She can also gain new specialties from said effect.)
-Accumulate Energy for greater effect
Living Weapon: 10
-Efficient
-As Iron Will
-Soul Techs (As Soulsteel, the Weaponmaster, Soulsteel is capable of using any weapon even better more effectively than most of their original wielders, an ability which is reflected in special techniques she can perform while using any given weapon. She has 1 'Soul Tech' per 2 ANs in this action (so currently 5 per weapon), and they have effects similar to Limit Breaks, either adding stones to the effect, Advantages, or allowing the action to be used as another action. The main difference is that they are easier to use, as every panel Soulsteel uses a weapon without using a Soul Tech, she gains a 'Tech Point', or TP. She can have up to 3x this Action's AN in TP at any given time; any points gained over said limit are lost. She can then use a Tech of any level she has enough TP to pay for: 1 TP for a level 1 Tech, 2 for a level 2 and so on. The level 1 Tech is the one gained at AN 2, the level 2 one at AN 4, and so on. Soul Techs are decided upon first creating any given weapon, and cannot be altered afterwards.)
-May not use a single Soul Tech more than AN times per hour
-Power Detection (May use Half this action's AN as an Enhanced Vision MN [Detect Power, Analyze Power]. To increase detection ability, the user may also spend stones in this action, which then combine with the Enhanced Vision.)
-Inner Power (As Accumulate Energy from M.o.M)

Barefoot Badass
-Soulsteel gets +1 to all Physical Abilities and a +1 modifier to all physical/combat actions involving her feet somehow when she's not wearing any shoes. Due to her being extremely agile and skilled, she is even able to wield weapons with her feet without any negative sitmods.
-Additionally, being barefoot does not reduce her mobility nor efficiency in rough terrain compared to someone wearing shoes or boots. For example, if she walks on broken glass, the glass pieces are shattered furthermore, and she does not get hurt one bit. Basically, her feet are Toughness 3.
Healing Factor
-Limb Regrowth

-If Erika dies, she dies... but another girl will be chosen as the next Deborah Soulsteel. In essence, the player gets to create a new character with a few changes, but the same powers and basic skills; although some things may change, of course.
Wealth: 10+
-From being able to create objects and treasures at will
CHALLENGES
-Clumsiness (-1; despite all of her new powers and abilities, Erika has always been rather clumsy in a somewhat cute manner, and becoming Soulsteel has not completely healed her from her original lack of coordination. Luckily, it is rarely a bother thanks to said powers and abilities. In game terms, aside from being roleplayed as such, if 1 stone being removed from her actions would make her fail, she does due to an accidental blunder. If not, then no stone is taken off and the action works as normal.)
-Psychological (-2; naive and innocent. Erika is the kindest soul most people have ever met, and she tends to take people at their word and expect the best out of people. This tends to put her in trouble as some ill-intended people could take advantage of such innocence.)
-Psychological (-2; inferiority complex. Due to her clumsiness, how her colleagues tend to treat her, and her troubles at reading the true intent of manipulative people, Erika has come to think of herself as unskilled, untalented, and generally more trouble than she's worth. It's false, of course, but she tends to believe that were it not for her powers, she would be mostly useless as a cop.)
-Complex (-1; Erika becomes heavily embarrassed when people mention her quite ample bosom in some manner or other, having been teased about it a lot while younger due to being an 'early bloomer'.)
-C.T.S.U.F.U (-4; Erika is a genuine good girl, who works hard every day to try to make the world a better place and help people in need. She will happily go out of her way to do so, on duty or not.)
-Duty (-4; to serve and protect. Erika is a firm believer in the original, true mission of police officers, which is to help, support and protect innocent civilians in and and all situations at any time. In addition to this... as the newest Deborah Soulsteel, she also has a duty to protect the world against supernatural threats.)
-Scared of opposite sex (-1; while she is not downright afraid of them, she feels uneasy and somewhat uncomfortable around men, due to being picked on and teased a lot when she was younger due to her fairly voluptuous body and large breasts which she got at a young age. In fact, she is often teased about it by her colleagues, still.)
-Ticklish (-2; like any and all Deborah Soulsteel before her, Erika has become ridiculously ticklish the moment she gained her new powers.)
-Barefoot enthusiast (-2; also like her predecessors, she has inherited their dislike for wearing footwear for extended periods of time and relishes those times of respite when she can kick off her shoes and enjoy some foot freedom.)
-Disliked and shunned by peers (-1; again, 'disliked' may be a strong word, as she is more underestimated and underappreciated than outright the target of hostility. Most of her fellow cops see her as 'eye candy', 'too kind for her job', and 'far too trusting', while others are either jealous, or afraid, of her powers. All in all, few if any of them want to be her partner or take her seriously, so she is often alone on duty.)
-Won't break the law (-2; while she may go against this if her Soulsteel duties dictate it, Erika is otherwise highly law-abiding and does everything she can to follow it to the letter whenever possible.)
-Refusal to take a life (-1; while she is trained to, and would, kill if it was absolutely necessary, she is a firm believe in the idea that everyone deserves a fair trial and should only be killed if there is no alternative.)
-Deadly enemies (-8; demons, evil spirits, monsters, and other supernatural entities have always been the natural enemies of the inheritors of the Soulsteel legacy of monster hunters. As such, they tend to hate any new Deborah Soulsteel with a passion.)
-Conflicting interests (-2; between being a good cop who follows orders, and her higher, more important duty as Deborah Soulsteel the 18th.)
EQUIPMENT
-NYPD Investigations Division Police Officer uniform (+1 defense; +2 modifier to all uses of Social Skills against law-abiding citizens who respect the badge.)
-Glock 22 Semi-Auto Pistol (+2, 2x damage, Range 4, Holds 15 rounds +1 in the chamber)
-Police Baton (+2)
-Flashlight
-Earphone Communicator (Connected to NYPD's communication system)
-Manacles (D: 6, R: 6)
-2 additional 9mm Magazines for her Glock
______________________________________________________________
STORY: Erika Stevenson had always wanted to become a cop, like her beloved, late father before her. And like him, she succeeded, although she wasn't as successful a cop as he was, for multiple reasons. For starters... she was a woman in a world of men, and despite the quickly evolving mentalities in the world, it was still a major difficulty in her case, because she was rather clumsy, a bit too trusting and naive, and had a very... distracting body. Not that there was anything wrong with the latter, but it caused multiple other cops to see her as little more than eye candy, or even the department's mascot.
She did have a keen sense of observation and a great attention to detail, however, so she got promoted to the Investigations Division, using her skills to assist detectives in investigating crime scenes and finding clues, a job at which she excelled, despite the teasing she endured from some of her colleagues still.
But all of her life changed, mostly for the better, when she awakened to latent powers and memories of her past selves, learning how she was the latest reincarnation of Deborah Soulsteel, a powerful being capable of bringing into reality most any weapon, armor, device, vehicle, artifact or whatnot she learned about, and to use it as effectively as their best users in history... a natural monster huntress and occult investigator, charged with the duty of protecting the world against such threats. The formerly rather weak police girl now suddenly found herself far more powerful than any of her colleagues would ever hope to become, with plenty of room to grow.
Informing her superiors of her new abilities, she began taking care of some of the weirdest cases most other cops would dismiss out of disbelief, as they often led her to her duties as Deborah Soulsteel... the 18th!
