War. What is it good for? Three million dead. London in ruins. The great orders of demon slayers decimated by the deaths of Father Anderson and the disappearance of Alucard. And yet . . . War. Never. Changes. And so the war carries on. There are still things lurking in the shadows. There is still evil in the world. The Millenium Organization, its benefactors, and its allies, are still out there. There is still work to be done. Do not give up and despair. You are on a mission from God. ===================== I don't have a hard and fast stone count set but I'm looking around the lines of 20-30 including challenges. Send me a concept if in doubt.

So, question. When you say 20-30 stones including Flaws... Can you clarify that a little? Sorry, it's been a while since I've seen a stone count like that... Is it "We've got 20-30 stones... then can take flaws to enhance it"? or "You've got 20-30 stones.. I want to see at least 1 Flaw."

From what is generally understood, '20-30 including challenges' would mean either 20 + up to 10 from Challenges, or even 'up to 30 stones, regardless of how many challenges you take'.

It's not meant to be a hard and fast mechanical limit but more of a "this is the kind of power level I imagine". I'm imagining characters with power levels similar to the Iscariot or Millenium Junior Officers - able to hold their own against fodders, but struggling against true monsters, at least on their own.

If your character can solo a 2000 man army, it is too strong .

As you're working on your characters, you should definitely have a plan for why your characters are working together. Ostensibly, though this isn't a requirement, you're working with a hierarchy like Iscariot or the Hellsing Organization, and reporting to people (who can keep your characters in line/keep them from getting out of control). Hence the lower stone count as well.
