Haunted Past: Lost both his parents to the Bloody Valentine tragedy. His youngest Sister was killed in the resulting War by Kira Yamato.

Considered a Traitor: To ZAFT. Travis is a traitor who defected to the Orb Union, and killed several of their soldiers. Downplayed due to circumstances in saving humanity during both Bloody Valentine wars.
Rivals: Considers Kira Yamato his biggest rival when it comes to the affections of Lacus Clyne. While he has forgiven the man for the loss of Kylie Howlet.
