So, the MCU dropped a short, but fascinating trailer that hints at what is to come in Marvel's Phase Four. It includes some new footage from upcoming films, fresh movie titles, and some updated release dates:
Things have obviously been slow AF during the pandemic, but Marvel looks to be gearing up on the assumption that life will finally be getting back to a new normal towards the end of this year, releasing a whopping THREE films in the final quarter of 2021.
That's on top of the Disney+ tv series yet to come: Loki starts up June 11th, with "What If?", Ms Marvel, and Hawkeye due out before the end of the year.
The Black Panther sequel title "Wakanda Forever" hits pretty hard after the passing of Chadwick Boseman (which I'm still not over). Also, the title of the Captain Marvel sequel, "The Marvels" is cute, since we know it will feature Monica Rambeau (after her appearance in WandaVision) and Ms. Marvel after her own TV outing.
I would also be shocked if Hulkling doesn't make his debut in that film, as Marvel is obviously telegraphing a Young Avengers ensemble. To date, Hawkeye, Stature, Speed, Wiccan, and Patriot have all made appearances, and America Chavez has additionally been cast for her debut in the Dr. Strange sequel early next year. Kid Loki and some version of Vision are not outside the realm of possibility. Iron Lad is the only founding YA member yet to make any kind of splash in the MCU, but I can imagine them introducing him in the actual YA movie/show rather than somewhere else. I'm always wary of inexperienced, youthful casts, but I also friggin' love the Young Avengers, so I'm pretty excited.
I don't expect the MCU to ever hit the high note that was the Infinity War/Endgame two-parter, but if what's to come can hit even 75% of that, I'm still interested.

I didn't expect to get Eternals and Spidey this year, and it was already feeling to get back on track packed with series and finally getting Black Widow and Shang Chi, but I wasn't really looking at the dates before this, so maybe they didn't change that much and it was just my perception. Either way, the content is promising and as a fan I can't help being optimistic. No sign of Blade though, so maybe it will be one of the firsts (or even the first) after Phase 4? That blue 4 at the end was a nice touch too, a smart trick when you don't have anything to show about the F4 yet.
But yeah, as a fan of every Young Avengers run I'm on the same boat as you, pretty excited although not 100% on the Iron Lad idea (even if we are going to get Kang in Ant-Man). I wouldn't mind getting him introduced in the YA movie, that's for sure, but they have another option in their sleeve: bringing Morgan Stark from the future.

... or the kid from Iron Man 3, that had a cameo at Tony’s funeral. Would make for a decent post-credit entrance/intro given the real Mandarin popping up. **shrug**
While I could care less about “The Marvels”, I’m pretty stoked about the rest. But I’ve been die hard Dr Strange, Thor, and Loki fan since the late 80’s.
That said...Fantastic Four confirmed for Phase 4.... I feel like Alderan exploded... millions of lives cried out in fear and pain from across space and time. I want to have hope, but frankly— The only way I would have genuinely felt optimism about an MCU FF movie was if they had approached someone that can genuinely grasp what FF is to the Marvel Universe, the Marvel Heritage, and who they really are (and aren’t). Yes, a short list, and yeah I am definitely someone I think should have been at the top. I’d even have done it for free!

The year after next we should see the Ironheart series, followed by Armor Wars starring Don Cheadle; it stands to reason that one will lead into the plot of the other, and that may be where we see characters like Harley (the kid from Iron Man 3), Morgan, or even Iron Lad, alongside villains like Titanium Man and Crimson Dynamo. Lots of possibilities. Kinda reminds me of the Reign of the Supermen, with all sorts of weird armored characters trying to fill the void Tony left behind.
And regarding the Young Avengers, I forgot to mention that Sylvie Luhston, the second Enchantress is expected to appear in the Loki series. This might be a setup for the Young Masters, who were antagonists of sorts for the Young Avengers.
Also, while they aren't mentioned in this trailer, filming has already begun on both Moon Knight and She Hulk, which are expected out early/mid next year.
I do expect that Blade will be slated for Phase 5, along with the X-Men. What a world.

Little is known about the F4 beyond the director: Jon Watts, the one of the two recent and one upcoming Spider-Man movies. Beyond that is hard to judge, Marvel has shown promise in the past when having to tackle characters that were done before the MCU. But as I said, so little is known beyond "it's happening" that I just nodded when I saw the blue 4 and haven't thought about it twice.
About things that don't appear in that reel, I wonder if Deadpool 3 will still be a thing and how much of that will connect with the MCU take on mutants, this last bit probably a major source of headaches for them.
