"What do you have in mind Monica?"
Testing the grip and sights of the rifle, she tentatively sets the headset down ready to take aim at the sled.

Vision was able to grab a tree branch, as if he knew it was there all along, which allowed him to slow his descent to the ground unharmed. |

Monica hurriedly points at both scenes. "You can either bring that ship down and give Cap some breathing room, or save your hubby and drop a tree on Oscar the Grouch."
As she says this, she looks down at the headset given by Immortus... and notices how advanced and alien it looks. A lightbulb seems to go off in her head.
"You leave the other target to me."

Wanda nods:
"C'mon Wanda......use the Force!!!!!!"
She squints through the sites of the rifle, taking aim at the sled, hoping a little luck will guide the blast into a vulnerable point in the alien craft.

The Vision and Drax exchange energy blasts and they both strike true. (Vision loses 50 Health.)
Wanda fires at the sled but misses. It fires back at the Scarlet Witch... also missing.
Meanwhile, three aliens move in and try to grapple Captain America and grab his shield away from him.
Captain America Health: 140

Conditions: Surrounded by three aliens adjacent to him.
Captain Marvel Health: 60

Conditions: Has the headset.
Scarlet Witch Health: 46
Scarlet Witch Karma: 60
Conditions: Has an energy rifle which requires two free hands to fire. Used Hex power twice, so the next use will be reduced by two ranks.
Starfox Health: 0/110
Starfox Karma: 76
Conditions: Unconscious for 5 more rounds.
Vision Health: 34/140
Vision Karma: 51
Conditions: Lost 50 Health from a cosmic energy beam.

Wanda closes her eyes and recalls a lesson with Clint Barton:
"Breathe, Wanda"
Holding her shoulders square, and her arms level, he peers down the sights with her:
Nice and steady. Breathe. And release on the exhale."
Opening her eyes, she takes another aimed shot at the sled.

Monica looks back and forth between the scenes- Cap and Vision, who needs her help the most? But then she sticks to her guns- she trusted Wanda to make the right decision, and she'd save the other. With that, she walks becomes solid again and focuses on Drax.
*gulp*
Walking in his direction with the headset in one hand, she fires a full-power blast at him with the other.
"Hey, you big bully! Looking for THIS?!"

Wanda learns that archery lessons don't translate so well to alien rifles, as the shot misses. Fortunately, Captain Marvel had much better luck with her energy bolt. Drax falls from the sky and lands prone in the grass, unmoving!
With Drax down the aliens panic and make to retreat, calling into their alien com systems in a language the Avengers don't understand. Vision and Captain America try to attack them as they flee, but miss.
Will the Avengers pursue the aliens or just focus on Drax the Destroyer?
