“This fight is unnecessary!” Cap yells out, “None of us match him strength wise so don’t try strength based attacks. Wanda, vision, Captain, you three have the best chance to stun him!” Cap jumps back to put distance between him and Drax, “Starfox, get clear!”

Wanda tries to fight through the pain.
If she is able to: She agrees with Steve. Fighting the Destroyer directly will get them nowhere - not if his place in history as an eventual ally is left intact. Recalling a previous encounter with his sworn enemy Thanos, she attempts to conjure the sonorous baritone voice of the Mad Titan as if it is coming from the hostile aliens, like an errant radio communication. She wants to make it convincing enough to hopefully fool Drax or at least confuse him enough for him to stop attacking her team.
"EXCELLENT MY MINIONS! MY PLAN TO TRICK DRAX INTO ATTACKING THE PEOPLE OF EARTH IS FALLING WELL INTO PLACE! NOW THEY WILL NEVER TRUST HIM NOR WILL HE EVER JOIN FORCES WITH THEM TO STOP MY EVIL SCHEMES, REMOVING ONE MORE OBSTACLE FROM MY PATH!"

In a rage, Vision takes a wild swing at the alien who shot his wife and punches a tree behind him. Fortunately, the Scarlet Witch appears to be hurt, but okay, because the shot hit her pointy, red headpiece.
Captain America stands his ground, holding onto his star-spangled shield as Starfox swoops down and misses Drax. Captain America then shouts shouts his orders until his voice is drowned out by an alien communications device.
"EXCELLENT MY MINIONS! MY PLAN TO LURE DRAX INTO OUR TRAP IS FALLING WELL INTO PLACE, REMOVING ONE MORE OBSTACLE FROM MY PATH!"
Starfox, Captain America, Vision and the Scarlet Witch recognize this voice, even before Drax shouts, "THANOS!" and blasts the radio, knocking out the alien holding it.
"Drax The Destroyer is not an obstacle to be removed!"
In response, an alien says, "Drax, follow us to our base on Mars and we will reveal all." Then the alien shoots the Vision. This time the energy rifle is able to hurt the android! (-16 health)
This emboldens the two aliens in the air by Starfox to fire on Eros and Captain America. Starfox is hit! (-20 Health) and the other energy beam strikes Cap's Shield but caroms off harmlessly.
Elsewhere, there is a flash of light as Captain Marvel continues her combat with the aliens.
Captain America Health: 140
Captain America Karma: 60
Conditions: None
Captain Marvel Health: 60
Captain Marvel Karma: 32
Conditions: None. (Being played on autopilot while crisiscomics is out of town.)
Scarlet Witch Health: 46
Scarlet Witch Karma: 60
Conditions: Has the headset. Spent 20 Karma. Used Hex power once, so the next use will be at a reduced rank.
Starfox Health: 70/110
Starfox Karma: 76
Conditions: None. Just lost 20 Health because he was shot by an energy rifle.

Vision Karma: 76
Conditions: Remarkable Density. Took 16 damage.

"Do you not see? The people of Earth mean you no harm."
Pointing at the aliens Drax just blasted, she continues:
"They, on the other hand, are servants of Thanos sent here to entrap and betray you! Why else would Thanos be communicating with them?"

"UNNNGH!" Drax grunts in pain as Vision passed through him, but the attack just makes him angry. so angy that he resists Eros's mental tickle and disregards Wanda's words. "You lie, woman! And Eros... Drax the Destroyer is no one's puppet!"Drax looks for the closest target and punches Vision for 50 Health! [ Hoots Rowlet must make an Endurance FEAT versus Stun!] One alien fires at the Scarlet Witch to silence her, but misses. A second alien in the air, shoots at Starfox and hits! [-20 Health] The other thee conscious aliens are occupied with Captain America and Captain Marvel. But now an enclosed sled carrying two more aliens approaches from the sky to join the battle! Wanda snipes back at Drax:
"Well what do you expect when the first thing you do is charge at us blindly without giving us a chance to defend or explain ourselves?! Honestly! What would you do?!"
Seeing the alien sled moving towards them from the sky, she channels her hex powers once more.
If it works, the sky darkens quickly, thick storm clouds forming. She muses inwardly:
Power of lightning, strike again.
Meanwhile, she looks for any spare energy weapons the aliens might have dropped or left lying around.

Drax blocks Vision's solar beam with his arm, but it burn Drax. The Destroyer then channels cosmic energy through his arms to project a beam toward Vision that topples a tree behind the synthezoid. "They say you were sent by Thanos!" Drax responds enraged to the Scarlet Witch, as she attempts to weave probabilities. "All who follow Thanos deserve my vengeance!"The aliens in the sled then try to silence the Scarlet Witch by firing a tangler gun at her, ensnaring Wanda in incredibly strong webbing! Starfox just misses the alien he tries to kick. That alien fails to grab Starfox's leg, but two more fire their energy rifles at the Eternal and strike true! (roxolid one scored a Kill result. Please make an Endurance FEAT roll. Now may be a good time to use that Karma.)Captain America and Captain Marvel are otherwise occupied with the other aliens.
