STORY: Neo is the former partner in crime of international criminal Roman Torchwick until his untimely death, devoured by a flying Grimm during his fight with the huntress Ruby Rose. Neo joined the criminal organization of Cinder Fall afterwards in an attempt at getting revenge against her, only to be convinced that Ruby was responsible. Cinder's mistreatment and betrayal of the pinkette eventually caused her to leave and seek out her mentor's murderer on her own.
She is a mute, small psychopath trained as a thief, spy and assassin, as well as one of the best fighters in her world. Her skills are nothing short of legendary, be it for battle or infiltration, and she is known to stop at nothing to complete her missions. Her powerful mastery of aura and her semblance - Overactive Imagination - makes her extremely good at deceiving others, and succeeding at whatever her objectives may be.
Unlike most fighters in Remnant, Neo doesn't have a firearms-like part on her chosen weapon, Hush, a powerful combat umbrella usable as a weapon and a shield, as well as serving as the sheath for a sharp cane-sword she typically uses to finish off her victims when she wishes to kill them. Her lack of need for a ranged weapon is only a testament to her formidable fighting skills.
