-An Emitter-type Quirk granting Flay the ability to summon knives of any kind and manipulate them. Unbeknownst to her, while it seems weak at first, this Quirk has an exponential power growth curve, and she will be able to summon a larger and larger number of increasingly deadlier knives as her mastery of the Quirk increases. The abilities it grants are as follows, though more may be acquired as her mastery increases:
- Conjure Knives (May summon knives of a Wpn.modifier of 1/3 this action's AN, rounded up, with up to Half AN, rounded down, advantages; The maximum number of knives one may summon at once is of 1/stone played.)
- Knives Control (As Telekinesis, Wpn.modifier, Range 4, Conjured Knives only. Allows user to manipulate their created knives with their will alone. Also initially weak at first, this ability will likely evolve over time to allow control of countless knives at once, but for now is limited to normal telekinesis.)
- Knives Duration (While seemingly as real as normal knives, the knives created with this power only last 10 panels +1 panel/AN at first, before they fall to dust and dissipate. At AN 5, they will last 1 hour/AN, and at AN 7+, the conjured knives become actually permanent.)

-Upon being reincarnated in the new universe, Flay gained multiple 'Cheat'-like Isekai protagonist skills which would effectively make her almost immeasurably potent in comparison to normal inhabitants of her new world. Those skills include the following:
- Adaptive Resistance (Gains up to AN Defense against AN different effects upon being targeted by them, whether successfully or not. Upon reaching the limit, older ones must be dropped in order to gain new ones. 'Effects' may include Slashing, Piercing, Blunt, specific Elements, Mind control, etcetera.)
- Analysis (Stones VS Highest AN/MN to identify a target creature, object, or power/spell's capabilities and/or powers, as well as its value if appropriate.)
- Counter (Stones VS Target's attack's Action's AN; if successful, attack is negated and reflected back upon attacker with a bonus equal to this action's AN. If failed, however, the AN is added to the attacker's attack against the user. NOTE: Counter may be used against any visible attack, including energy, mental and magical, as long as they can be seen.)
- Devour (A powerful skill allowing one to devour enemies and gain powers from them, and/or devour matter in general to destroy it. Includes the following:
- Devour Foes (Stones VS Durability + Magical Defense + Remaining White Stones of Health; if successful, kills/destroys any organic/inorganic foe by absorbing them within the user, healing the user of the target's Durability AN in white stones of Health, and permanently copying the target's main superhuman powers/skills similarly to Steal Superpower at an AN/MN of up to this Action's AN. Alternately, may devour a recently killed/dead target as long as death/destruction occurred less than 10 minutes earlier, and sufficient matter remains to be consumed at GM's discretion.)
- Devour Matter (Stones VS Hardness/Weight/Area/Technology/Highest AN/MN to devour objects or matter in general. If the devoured object has powers, may copy them permanently as Devour Foes can with creatures.)
- Fashionista (As Create Clothing/Accessories; May also manipulate for the sake of adjusting them to a person's size, body shape and the like; May create clothing and accessories based on any materials she studied via use of other appropriate skills. Created clothes are permanent.)
- Intuitive Aptitude (As Animal Training, Business, Computers, General Knowledge - Any specialty; Genetic Engineering, Inventing, Medical Healing, Psychiatry, Technology and Vehicle Operation. This skill allows its user to instinctively understand how things work, and how to use, operate, maintain and repair them, simply by observing them.)
- Magic Breaker (As Energy Absorption/Reflection at up to AN, Only effective VS Magical effects; May use Int.bonus when redirecting/blasting magic back with the same effect as the absorbed spell. Alternately, usable as an Atk VS Durability + Magical Defense, deals no damage, Requires physical contact; if successful, seals all of a victim's Magical Actions for 5 minutes/red stone of 'damage'.)
- Magister (Adds an MN of Half this action's AN, rounded up, as a bonus to any magical action of the user's. Additionally, stones may be played in this action to add to the Range, Duration or Area of a spell.)
- Mastermind (Substitute this Action's AN for Intelligence; Usable as Concentration, and adds Genius - as P.C.P.T - at an MN of Half this action's AN, rounded up, and Photographic Memory as modifiers.)
- Memory Shift (As Edit Memories option from Telepathy; Requires physical contact.)
- Mimicry (As Shape Shifting/Metamorphosis; Transformation occurs on same panel, Needs not maintain; Requires contact with bodily fluid to gain the ability to assume the form of another creature; alternately, may use the Devour skill to the same effect.)
- Phantom (As Astral Projection; Body travels with her, No panel of prep time. While active, may use Possession as the Telepathy option.)
- Poké-Heal (As Magical Healing, only usable on Pokémon.)
- Reality Sidestep (As Phase Shift at up to AN, w/Phase Stun and Phase Attack options. The user may 'sidestep' out of reality, allowing them to become fully intangible for a while allowing for temporary near invincibility, while still remaining close enough to physically attack people in the material world. Alternately, may interact physically with other intangible foes while in this state, such as incorporeal ghosts.)
- Skill Modification (Allows user to modify and possibly evolve skills under certain circumstances. In game terms, essentially a good reason in-character to spend LoEs/Stones.)
- Supersonic (Substitute this Action's AN for Speed, May use Speed for Initiative, May use Speed bonus with Close and Ranged Combat; Add Reflexive Dodge at an MN of Half this action's AN, rounded up.)
- Synchronicity (Can either grant Good Luck +1 per 3 red stones played for a Duration of up to AN, or usable as an Atk VS Durability + Magical Defense; deals Bad Luck of -1 per 3 red stones of 'damage', for a Duration of red stones of 'damage' up to AN on the D&R chart.)
- Third Eye (As Clairvoyance, Can see through time regardless of physical proximity. Alternately, may activate Prescience as the modifier, but must pay 1 stone/panel to use/maintain.)
- Trickster (As Create Illusions and Ventriloquism; also usable as Invisibility and Shapeshifting at AN.)

-Rejuvenation Type (Upon her death in her own universe, Flay was reborn into a new universe with powers and abilities making her something completely beyond human.)
-World Guide ("Whisper" appears to Flay as a glowing, floating ball of light, apparently some sort of A.I-like entity which knows much about the new world she ended up in. She is the only one who can see it, and it has a psychic link with her allowing them to communicate silently.)
-Gifted (Flay has the potential to learn and master essentially any skill, power and ability she sets her mind to learning in this new world.)
-Cheat Skills/Powers (Many and varied.)
-Harem Potential (For some reason, since her reincarnation, Flay has become unusually/exceptionally attractive to the eyes of most people.)
-No Way Home (No matter what powers she gains or how potent she becomes, Flay cannot return to her original universe.)
Wealth: 3
-Gains $10,000 per issue/month

CHALLENGES
-Psychological (-1; mild xenophobia. While she is no longer nearly as intolerent as she used to be - given how her being racist towards Coordinators in her past life has led her - old habits die hard, and she still has a bit of trouble dealing with non-human beings. She is actively working on bettering herself, however.)
-Psychological (-1; mild pride. Again, while she is considerably less arrogant and self-righteous than she used to be, she still has a tendency to be somewhat haughty at times. Also something she is working on.)
-Psychological (-1; slightly manipulative. Flay has often gotten her way in the past by getting others to do what she wanted done, through a combination of charm, lies, seduction and manipulation. She's a much better person now, but she can't deny that sometimes, embellishing the truth can get one far.)
-C.T.S.U.F.U (-2; as part of her growth into a better, more mature person, Flay has become increasingly likely to go out of her way to help others in need.)
-Obsession (-2; atonement. Flay is well aware that she's been a bad person in her past life, and desires little more than to make up for it and better herself from now on.)
-Guilty conscience (-2; given how her past life self's actions have caused death and suffering, and ultimately contributed to ruining her own life, it is of little surprise that Flay feels moderate guilt about said actions.)
-Love magnet (-2; since reincarnating into the new world, Flay has become unusually attractive to both men and women for some reason.)

-Smartphone
-150,000 Rupees (Worth approximately $0.0963 USD each)
-Dark blue collar and domino mask (Given to Flay by her mysterious 'Master')
______________________________________________________________
STORY: Flay Allster lived in a futuristic universe at war in which starships, giant mechas, and heavily advanced technology were all commonplace, along with 'special', genetically enhanced humans known as Coordinators. Emotionally fragile, and not exactly a good person back then either, Flay thought of Coordinators as monsters unworthy of existence, and actively worked at promoting hatred and fear against them, and causing their destruction when possible, until she was brought back from her darkest nature thanks to her growing love for one Kira Yamato, himself a Coordinator, and her recognition of several other Coordinators who proved themselves to be upstanding and valuable members of society. Flay's 'heel-face turn' was short-lived, however, as she was killed when her shuttle was shot down right in front of the man she loved during the final space battle she participared in.
However, this wasn't the end for the redhead, as she proceeded to get reincarnated into another world for an unknown reason, a world seemingly existing far in the past in terms of timeline, but also clearly an alternative universe in which superhumans, metahumans, magic, aliens and so on were relatively common, which meant she would have plenty of opportunities to keep improving as a person as she would fight her former xenophobic nature in this new world... especially given how she herself was no longer a normal human anymore.
For some reason, whatever brought her back to life in this world also granted her several very powerful and rare "skills", powers which she could use to perform various superhuman feats, in addition to awakening a 'Quirk' allowing her to manifest and control knives with her will alone. For all intents and purposes, she was a metahuman herself, and now was as good a moment as any to get used to them. And in order to help her with this... she soon met a floating ball of light-like A.I called 'Whisper', which proceeded to explain this new world to her in more detail... with Whisper being invisible and inaudible to anyone else but her.
