This game could use someone who can play Spider-Man. He's currently in Asgard getting some magical healing after almost drowning in battle with a giant squid. (It was a deathtrap Dr. Octopus put him in.)

mago decided to generate a character for my Avengers: The Initiative game, instead of joining this one. Day of the Octopus is almost over. I had planned on next starting Breeder Bombs, an adventure with the X-MEN of 1985 as the heroes, for the next big Daily Bugle adventure. While the X-MEN game was going on, I would continue to run adventures for the 4 heroes from Day of the Octopus that would come directly from the comic books that came out during that period of time. (I bought them all in preparation for this.) This would be followed by Secret Wars, where you'd get to play the Thing, Captain America and Captain Marvel with the people who played Storm, Rogue, Wolverine, Colosus and Nightcrawler in the Breeder Bombs game. You'd finally all be together on Beyonder's world with very well developed experience playing these legendary Marvel Comics characters.

I still think this would be very cool. However, I did not count on the Avengers: The Initiative game's popularity and the difficulty in keeping this game daily when running both adventures. Also, while I'm using modules and comics for the Daily Bugle storylines. I'm coming up with plots and twists on the fly for the Avengers: The Initiative game, tempered by what I read in today's comic books. (It's gotten me buying the new stuff, while the Daily Bugle had me collecting older 1980s comics.)

So I now ask y'all this question.:

Would you prefer to keep The Daily Bugle alive, or join Avengers: The Initiative with an original 40 stone character of your creation instead?

Well, if its so popular, then you can count me out ... I mean, if someone really wants to play in the game and you all ready have allot of players (you said it was popular), i would rather leave a spot open for someone who wants it...

Besides, ive been wanting to launch my own game, which will be my second game on the board, which means im not that experienced in Board GM'ing yet... So it would be easier for me to play in only a couple games while i run it...

I am in both games and I have been having a hard time with Captain Marvel. So far my original character Champion is easier to RP, because I made him up, but if you need me to reprise my role of Captain Marvel after the Day of the Octopus game I will always be there for you.
