The pre-blue later to become Warbird costume (which I actually prefer), pre-forced pregenacy in Avengers and pre-Rogue stealing all her powers Ms. Marvel. Dig that Farrah hair! cyclonekath

Actually, the pic makes me think of Sharon Gless from Cagney and Lacey. Okay, I've got to gouge out my eyes, now...

Her father unwilling to pay college fees, Carol's love of flight and air-craft influenced her choice of joining the Air Force. Driven to succeed, Carol quickly rose through the ranks to Major and came to the notice of the intelligence community. Transfering into the CIA, Carol excelled in this area too, being teamed on occasion with Nick Fury and Canadian special agent Logan. After this Carol took the position of security director for Cape Canaveral for NASA. This brought her into contact with the Kree warrior Captain Mar-vell, initally tasked with investigating him but eventually falling in love with him. Much to her disgust, Carol frequently found herself in the princess to be rescued role. Used as bait to lure Mar-Vell, Carol was caught in the explosion of a Kree Psyche-Magneton device. The energy bombardment somehow caused Carol's genetic structure to be melded with Mar-vell's. While Mar-vell was apparently unaltered by the event, Carol was now a perfect hybrid of Kree and human genes. In addition, she possessed all of Mar-vell's Kree knowledge and training, and thus Ms. Marvel was born. Fired from NASA due to her failure to capture Mar-Vell, Carol bounced back by writing a novel about her experience in the space industry, which eventually lead her to a job of the editor of WOMAN Magazine, a feminist subsidiary title of the Daily Bugle. Around this time Carol began to suffer black-outs, during which the Kree aspect of her personality emerged, dubing herself Ms. Marvel and fighting crime. Eventually both sides began to merge and Carol realized her powers. Another exposure to the Kree Psyche-Magneton even transfered the costume change and flight powers of her Kree costume onto herself. Carol has considerable drive to succeed in both her civilian and super-hero identities. With strong feminist views, Carol is quick to anger in the face of perceived bias toward her sex.

Looks about right to me. I like that you made her CC a little better than Rogue's as I think she is a better fighter.

Her toughness is too high as is rogues, they aren't nearly as tough as Hulk (with +8 toughness).
TOHOM gives them Superhuman resistanse to Damage -> Same as Thing.
