Another simple one that has surprising uses. Comments welcomed.
<<EDIT: Altered the power specification (which lowered the cost), and clarified the field maintenance cost.>>
NULL-GRAVITY FIELD
Cost = Action Number + 5
Description
An unusual power, this is the ability to negate gravity within an area surrounding your person. The power is derived from Flight (since Flight allows one to negate gravity for oneself), and its utility was expanded:
Flight (+2 CL)
- Affect others (range 1) (+1 CL)
- Area Effect (+3 CL)
- No Self-Propulsion Included (-1 CL)
An appliation of 1 stone will negate gravity for a range of 1 surrounding you. Extra stones increase the area covered. Once the field is created, it can be maintained for 1 stone per panel.
Creative use of a null-gravity field can be quite potent. Heavy objects can be moved with ease, falling can be negated, and many physical processes (combustion, momentum, liquid containment, even crystal formation) can be affected. Besides completely throwing most fighters off, rendering them helpless, it can also play havok with fliers: continually turn the field off and on, causing them to continually compensate, or turn it on just as they take to the air to throw them into the sky.

It's recommended that players wanting to make full use of this power scrutinize it for specific applications beforehand. Weightlessness can lull you into thinking its 'no big deal'--until you actually encounter it.
Rule for Action Box:

- +3 to Cost Level for Distant Fields - you're able to place the centerpoint of the null-gravity field up to range 4 away from you, and can add stones to increase the range. You can also generate more than one field by splitting stones.

Rule for Action Box:
- Negate gravity within an area surrounding your person
- Stones applied = area covered
- Maintain field for 1 stone/panel
- Can move field up to range 4 away (or add stones for greater range) (optional)
- Can split stones for multiple fields (optional)
