Rapid Thought Cl=int lvl +5 lvls Description This power is for those heros with low ag/speed but high int. what it does, is it makes your int act as your aglity or speed so that what ever your int is it puts you at the top of the list. Comments. for those heroes with int of 10 and ag of 1. they think so fast that, effectivly, they move before a person with 7 or maybe even 10 speed!

I dont remember well but, I think there was a rule to use your INT for initiative. The cost was 1 W. Just like speed. Or was a house rule? any one remebers. *cuz, I'm too lazy to search for it*

I could see the 1 white stone idea but i would limit it to intelligence based actions. (No close or ranged combat)
I like your idea Xaiser but + 5 levels is a little high in my opinion. for a hero with an int of 9 (+ 5 levels) that would cost 35 white stones. (ouch!)

I think the (1w) addition to int was a house rule. Though personally I'd say if you've already made your character Int based on energy, I'd most likely allow them to use that for initiative if their Agility is below a 3.

Well I once had a character online who did a bit more.... You know how you can base there energy on INT...yea well I did it based on Agility, the GM let me play it but im pretty sure not to many people were happy about it, but i thought it was a house rule, i dont see why this is any different

So, is there a legit book rule that allows intelligence to be used in determining combat order?
