I was thinking for an extra +1 to the cost level of Vechile Ops a character should be able to repair vehicles that are of an equivalent level.
Example vehicle ops of 3 with the mechanic option would be able to repair tanks, cars, etc that have been damaged.
Thoughts?

Sounds reasonable to me. Would work well for the classic "wheelman" character, who can not only drive/pilot well, but also get just about any old jalopy running. P.S. As for your double-post, since you made the posts, you should be able to delete it yourself (I think this will work for a whole thread, especially since no one else has posted a response in the other one). In your post, next to the "quote" and "modify" buttons, there should be a "delete" button.

Hm..wonder why you don't see a mechanic character very often(at least with our campaigns)? Definately would be a fun thing to have on the less cosmic super power games some have been trying to get away from.

hmmmmm...... *Half Armored guy enters the jewelry store where the villans are going at the goodies... Looks like a car...* "STOP YOU EVil........ VILLAINS!!! Or feel the Wrench of The Mechanic!!!" *Bad guys stare amazesed at him..... Later dies of laughter......* ERGO.... Thats why we dont have super heroes wich can fix trucks, cars ect... Because they kill the bad guys But honestly.... Like it... Who dosent want to be able to drive AND repair what you are driving... You might actully not be that good at driving

Sounds good to me, Scriptus. I had thinking about a solution for making a character that is a mundane auto mechanic without having to buy stones in Technology. Of course, adding +1 to cost level is a pretty steep price t pay for just a mundance skill. Perhaps just requiring "mechanic" to be a specialization listed under Vehicle Ops?

maybe the GM should at 1 white stone (or red stone) to the cost to be able to fix things at the same level. a little expensive at lower levels if you go for the white stone but not a bad deal at upper levels. maybe a specialty could work also.
