-1 to limit it to absorb only -1 to prevent attacks being absorbed -1 is to link it only to a single action (only take once) +2 since he will absorb the energy from the Ambient Light Rays To determine the energy from the sun you would take the Celsius temperature and divide by 10 and round down, when out side. This would never cause him to lose energy. When you inside take the temperature divide by 10 (round down), then divide by 2. Also if the lights are off or there is clouds then you don't absorb
I also had added this to Cyclops and it seemed to be taken well so here it is. I also know that there is a rule to absorb ambient energy at 1 stone per pannel, though this regonizes that the energy of the sun is what heats the earth.

How would this work for Fahrenheit? I'm not gonna want to constantly convert from the metric system.
