As usual, I actually try to create Heroes with a 40 point (plus challenges) limit when creating existing Marvel Heroes, so here's my take on Cloak and Dagger, 2 of my favorites (One of my currently online characters being modelled after one of these 2. )
Cloak (Tyron Johnson)

- Immunity to Dark Force +1
- Transform into DarkForce +1
- Combine with Close Combat +2
- Free ForceField when using Mastery +2

Shadow Travel (Astral Travel re-named): 2 (4 White)
- Body Travels with +2
- Take along others +1
- Do not have to go with passengers (stolen from Teleport) +2

His regeneration rate is 6 when he's Transformed into DarkForce due to his regeneration option (I could just as easily have affored Healing Factor for 1 stone less to do the same thing, but this was more in-theme). So, every round he can use his full DarkForce Mastery (making it permanent) and only regenerates 1 stone per panel for other activities. This gives him a default defense of 10 from the perpetual forcefield. What I didn't give him was the "Fear" factor he gives to people. He doesn't actually do it, the dimension of DarkForce does it, all he can do is send them there.
