anyone come up with an iron spidey write up? I'm tryin to come up with one, but not exactly sure how to go about the super hero under the PA seems like it would be more stones than a sane character would have...

Hmm. I wouldn't structure it as Powered Armor, although that's tempting, but Spider-Man has too few Action Boxes as it is.
Maybe as equipment?
"Iron Spider" Costume: Defense (+1) [no 2x damage from firearms and projectiles], Removes Need to Breathe, Mechanical Arms (Tendril Whip; can use them to see around corners, stones are free) 1, "Suit Intelligence" 4 (functions like Powered Armor SI,) Enhanced Vision 3 (Infrared, Ultraviolet), Flight 1 (Limited Maneuverability, Gliding), Shapeshifting/Invisibility 5
That would cost 22 white and 1 red total.

Didn't Iron Spidey have the unibeam enhancement? Don't recall what that cost in the book.

I would have to really go through the civil war to get this right but i dont think i woul ddo it as power armer eather. The suit if i recall probably had alot of helping hands such as tentacles, some iproved vision options and glideing and all but it did not make him stronger., or faster. I think flashes point about iron man could be construed is tony using inventing to make a device thats simulated photographic reflexes but requierd the persone to were the suit for a tiem and fight in it.

Thats what i would say, it wasn't really powered armor, more or less just a suit with some sweet toys, and better handling.

First off, Tony reworked a version 2.0 of this already new suit. Now it can transform appearance to look like any of his old suits, or like no suit at all. Handy for quick costume changes, this feature is a lot likethe black suit. This transformation also allows him to blend into backgrounds especially effective on dark backgrounds. The final feature is a set three of arm-like appendages that spring out of the back. They refer to these as “waldoes“. These have limited fighting capabilities, but can pick up things as well as look around corners presenting the image to Spider-Man’s eye pieces. These new features of course build on top of Version 1, which included mesh webbing that will allow gliding for short distances, heat resistant Kevlar micro-fiber that can withstand small-caliber bullets, built in fire, police, and emergency scanner, audio and visual amplification including infrared and ultra-violet, carbon filters in the mouth area to keep out toxins, and a short range GPS microwave communication system. Other abiltes See in the dark Stickiness all over (like he previously had only on his hands) “Hear” along his web Spikes in his wrists
so this should help

Just to be clear, the last four abilities you listed are not abilities of the suit. They are abilites of Peter Parker.
