i think that his find weakness thing is a new action, or maybe, simply a Close Combat with "Armor Penetration", and not only a specialization on Close Combat.

Actually, Iron Will should do all the job. It adds stones to ANY action, so if we add a note "only able to find weaknesses and correct them" he'll be able to do anything he does in comics- penetrate someone's defense and see a weakness in construction/plan and such and be able to (by combining stones with General Knowledge) make a correction by himself, or help others with it.
Oh, and add him some Reflexive dodge. I think he was always the dodgy type.
Or even better- make it a modifier, couse I think Karnak doesnt need to put any effort to see weaknesses at all. But if so, then we'll need to lower his Close Combat.

Karnak should have that Flexible Spine Modifier from the Spider-Man book and a low level +1 claws to represent the toughening of his "striking" surfaces on his body. He is capable of shattering wood, cinderblock and even mild steel. This is without his weakness detection. Since his Weakness Detection is virtually effortless, shouldn't it be a Modifier? He should probably have Healing Factor since he has absolute control over his body.

I agree, it should be a modifier, I like AP, maybe a rework of luck that can be used as a sub for Str for breaking things.
